My fiancé and I just moved into The Point at Still River and are absolutely thrilled with our experience so far! The move-in process was a breeze. Everything was well-organized, making a typically stressful day feel smooth and easy. A huge shout-out goes to Briyanna—she has been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She's a fantastic resource and made us feel welcome right from the start. We've already started to meet some of our neighbors, and everyone has been so sweet. We were especially happy to meet Beverly! It's clear The Point at Still River is a warm, welcoming community. If you're looking for a new home, we highly recommend checking this complex out!

Lots of issues the first 45 days from water damage, fly infestation, maggots, poor management communication or lack thereof. Finally my apartment is livable.
Nice community, clean and quiet place. I love the swimming pool and how close it is to the highways. I didn’t like that the upper window was not cleaned but overall I love my apartment.

Beautiful view from my apartment! Just one complain kitchen don’t have microwave. Other than that very spacious 2 bed and 2 bath apartment. Best in town.

Overall it is a very nice place to live. A lot of the building 3 and 4 folk tend to be very rude. Would love to see speed enforcement from time to time. Also many of us that live here truly feel there should be adult only hours for the pool as it is often over crowded with kids. Some of whom don’t even live in the community. Since you raise rent every renewal with nothing new to show for it, we all feel it’s the least you can do. Than this place would be amazing.

It has been nice living here but I do think prices are steep in base rent, especially with the added trash and amenity fees. I understand a lot of people pay for the location and to be in a complex, but the apartments are on the smaller side for the price. It is also pretty difficult to get through to the leasing office most days. Other than that, the residents are very friendly and laid back, and the property is well maintained.

I’m from NY so the bar isn’t that high but this place is cool. They do try with the appreciation events. The walk to the Garbage is something to get used to but it’s good to have it separate from the living spaces.

Quiet. Centrally located. Friendly staff. Landscaping is well attended and kept nicely. Public water overly chlorinated. Pool is overflowing with non residents. Would love to check it out but pool size doesn’t reflect the community’s population.

Overall nice community. Quiet, clean indoors and outdoors, great location. The pool is overcrowded and I’d suggest adult swim times along with monitoring the individuals who have access to the pool. Seems to be a lot of non-residents during the weekend and weekdays.

The Point at Still River has exceeded my expectations. Great maintenance and upkeep. Good communication. Professionals in the office. Can’t wait for summer and pool time. Heard it gets crowded but I’m still looking forward to spending g some time there.

The quality of appliances and frequency of issues not working is extremely frustrating and upsetting considering the cost of rent. I have difficulty getting the management office to prioritize replacing old/rusted/broken appliances. Their solution is to replace with older ones stored in the outside garages. Maintenance does their best with the tools they are given. But it's clear Bozutto does the bare minimum and does not value their paying residents like they claim to.

Just moved in December 1. Apartment was spotless. Painted and new carpet. Neighbors friendly. Maintenance excellent. Loving it so far. Building hallways were just painted and carpeted. Location is great for shopping with Target and Home Goods 2 minutes away. Having an Amazon Hub is so convenient. Walking easy as there are paths to get your miles in.

Its just been a week, I like it so far. Its clean and quite. Trash area is also maintained well. The apartments are secured where the entry keys are only associated to respective tenants.

Living here has been great and management has helped with every need. The only thing I would say I don’t like is the fact that this a non-smoking community and people are still smoking cigars, cigarettes, and weed. If that stopped it would be perfect.

They try and do what they can to make this place great. The walls are pretty thin but they place is always clean. They’re currently renovating the common areas which is nice to see.

I'm enjoying the property. The staff has been extremely helpful with dealing with my mother's handicapped issues. The maintenance staff has been extremely helpful as well.

Lovely complex!. The pool and grounds are cleaned and well maintained. The maintenance staff is the best here! So friendly and helpful. We love the food trucks that come. The pool has been perfect for these hot summer days and communication emails from staff have improved in comparison to the past which is great!
