Eisenhower Ave/Eisenhower West is an industrial area between Interstate 495 and Business Central Drive. The majority of this neighborhood consists of the WMATA Alexandria Rail Yard, but the eastern half of town is filled with apartments, hotels, and a few eateries. Directly west of town residents enjoy several parks along the banks of Holmes Run like Cameron Run Regional Park. I thoroughly have enjoyed my experience here. Management and staff are very nice and maintenance is always timely. Concierge is great! I feel safe. It is always clean. The pool is nice. Lots of lounge space within the building on the rooftop and 6th floor. The only thing I wish is the shuttle was more efficient, I have tried to use it twice and they didn’t come and I guess the concierge doesn’t have their number either.. this is minor of all this but I do wish it was better! But that is literally it. Location is also perfect to me. Highly recommend!

Let’s start off by saying we will see if the new owners live up to the same standards as the previous ones did. Had no problems with the old staff. Very professional and responsive if I needed anything. “The Point at Eisenhower Square” is a nice place to live. However, if you like loud neighbors in the early morning hours then this is the place for you. Also if you’re a morning gym person, then you can kiss that goodbye. The on-site gym hours where changed from 5am-12am to 7am-10pm due to “noise complaints”. If the gym was built on the top floor then we wouldn’t have this issue. It should have been built in the basement. Overall this place has to been ok to live but again we shall se what the future holds for this “luxury apartment”.

The Denizens exceptional location and its outstanding amenities made my decision to live here quite simple. Its a dog friendly community with a dog run on the 6th floor. My dog loves it! And so do I. I saw that the Denizen received positive reviews online so I decided to check it out. The leasing team was very friendly. I received a tour from Mithal, who answered all my questions and was very patient with follow-up questions. After looking at several other apartments, I decided to move to the Denizen. I must say it has been a great experience, from the leasing process to the actual move. Everyone has been exceptionally helpful, and the building is great.

I had signed a lease and moved into Denizen the same day I terminated a lease with another community. I was very stressed and distraught because of the nature of the incompetence and lack of professionalism from the other community. Ultimately, the unit that was promised was hardwood, had ended up being carpet. Even though this was NOT Denizen or its teams issue, they took it upon themselves to turn things around for me. They were clear and concise, honest, and welcoming. I couldnt have been happier with that whole experience and my current living situation. Great team and property!!!

Aesthetically pleasing, and as good as living gets living within the parameters of a multiple dwelling apartment complex. So if you can cope with what comes with shared living spaces, you should be relatively satisfied. No living space/place is without its hiccups.

I really enjoy living at the Denizen Apts in Alexandria. The staff is friendly, professional and always available to address resident issues or concerns. The maintenance team does a great job of keeping the communal areas clean and provide daily sanitization and cleaning. The other things that makes this pet-friendly community a great place to live are the scheduled social gatherings, awesome amenities, great community space(s) and commitment to resident safety and security.

I love being in this secure building. My favorite places are the gym, the swimming pool and the outdoor cookout facility. Look forward to better weather for it. The management really listens to the tenants voices and follow through to make it better/right. Recently, I broke my basin in my bathroom (who does that?!), and they just took care of it so promptly! And no guilt trip.... Two great supers are always so nice to better help folks. Highly highly recommend for anyone to move in.

Denizen is not only a prime location to reside in, but this luxury building rates 9 9/8s. It doesnt get any better than that. The amenities are off the chart, the cleanliness is pristine. Staff are amazing and easy to talk to, but my opinion is slightly bias, I primarily felt with Callie from leasing office, and concierge. Concierge is amazing, youre greeted with smiles, and pleasantries, and whatever else you may need thats within their control.

The leasing staff and concierge staff at Denizen are extremely helpful and complete requests in an extremely efficient and professional manner specifically during COVID when things were not normal. The ability to pay online with E-Checks is awesome and there are no outrageous processing fees. The apartment complex itself is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are extremely high-quality with amazing lighting. Everything is extremely convenient and easy to navigate. It is also very affordable and almost seemed too good to be true but it is 100% legitimate.

I recently made the decision to move to Denizen after touring another new property within a 1/2 mile of the property. I almost signed the lease and decided, on a last minute whim, to call Denizen. Within an hour of submitting my request for more information, Suzi G. called me from the leasing office to discuss my interest in the property and share floorpans. I was immediately impressed with her responsiveness - - especially given the concerns around COVID-19 at the end of April. Suzi coordinated a contactless tour of the units I identified and left keys with concierge so that I could tour at my leisure. I was able to tour and make a decision within hours of my initial email requesting information. The move in process was seamless with clear and concise communication every step of the way through the signing of the lease. Suzi made herself available on her day off and emailed to make sure all my questions were answered. After the move in, staff demonstrated support, real compassion and thoughtfulness after an unfortunate motor vehicle accident in the garage. The manager and assistant community manager were very helpful during a very traumatic time and I appreciated their kindness and support. Overall, I am very happy with my decision to move to Denizen. In addition to the amazing leasing and management staff, the concierge team have consistently demonstrated a professionalism and responsiveness not often found in apartment living.

The Denizen is a great value for your money. The place has great finishes, high quality design and nice amenities. It has extremely spacious apartments and the neighbors are friendly. The location is great because you are close enough to everything, but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. We are happy to be at the Denizen.

I absolutely love living here. Ive been here for two weeks and its seen noting but amazing. The staff is always so friendly. The property is always kept up and is well maintained with all the construction still going on. We dont hear any noise from our surrounding neighbors. Its a really awesome place to be and were extremely happy here. Definitely recommend.

The staff is spectacular and very informed. I have had a pleasant experience with every staff member and they provided outstanding service when I needed assistance with setting up my utilities. Maintenance requests are quickly resolved .
