Great year! Lived here for 1 year and I really can’t complain! Staff and maintenance were great, communicative and friendly. There is a free shuttle directly to both Mayo locations. Everything was very clean, the unit was up to date. My only complaint would be the grassy areas and tenants not picking up after their dogs. Stepped in poo one too many times. I didn’t love the laundry machine but maybe they’re newer in bigger units. Other than that they have a really nice dog park and lots of outdoor space.

Easy move in. For the most part moving into the Pi es was easy. Since the paperwork was all handled in advance, all I had to do was check in and get the keys. A couple small hiccups…. We couldn’t find a cart at my building so ended up going to purchase one. I had a few issues with the condition of the carpet /patio door and needed help getting WiFi up and running. But the Pines addressed these promptly. Really happy with how everything went!

Door battery/Washer, Dryer We needed a new battery for our door box and it was handled quickly and code is no longer beeping at us! We also received a new Washer/Dryer unit! Nice Place The apartment and amenities were nice. I enjoyed living there. I loved how quiet the location is, in general. My unit was close to the work zone of the new townhouses that they are building, and the noise could be destructive to working from home and sleeping in. Some parts of my unit were not clean when I moved in, but maintenance was always quick, knowledgable, and friendly!

The amenities, location, and responsive staff really make The Pines a community worth living in! I love how I have access to 8 gyms, an indoor pool, and free coffee daily all within walking distance!
I moved to Rochester in 2021 and moved into Building 3 when it opened. I have loved my apartment every day that I’ve lived here. My dog agrees, especially with the fact that they added a 2nd dog park! Whenever anyone asks me about places to live, I will always recommend The Pines.
We had an apartment next to the 24hr gym. Complained and mgmt added a layer of sheetrock but didn't address the impact transfer noise. Every time someone clanked down a dumbell it would sound like a bowling ball coming through our wall. 11pm or 5am interrupts sleep! All it would have taken was a note on the wall for folks to please be gentle when setting down weights and we would have been happy. They would not do it - my guess is because it would have been admitting culpability. Dog poop everywhere(including in the lobby one night) was another concern - so glad we now have moved out!
This place was very nice community to live in. Staff are great! I enjoyed my time living here and will miss it!

The Maintenance is awesome. We put in a work order and they came out the same day and fix it. They are very professional.
Very unfriendly leasing agent, gave me only 5 minutes of her time, and I got only a couple questions answered while the next lookers in line were breathing down my neck for their 5-minute tour. Place was being remodeled totally and under new management already, and the model unit is being used as storage for all the extra furniture and pictures from the areas currently under remodeling, so really hard to envision it as living space. With this leasing agent’s very UNpersonable attitude, I can’t really imagine people lining up for these apartments! Saw nothing but the “model” unit since she was too busy to bother. I’ll definitely be crossing this one off my list!
Even from the first day of touring The Pines the staff has made me feel extremely welcome and comfortable. They were extremely helpful in regards to my move and answer any questions I have promptly. The one bedroom is a great size and the garage is great to have especially when it comes to the winters here.
Beautiful interior fixtures, free parking spot, And free wifi! Great price for the amount of square footage you get as well.
My wife and I have lived here for 3 months now and we absolutely love it. It is brand new, so all of the appliances are nice and the rooms are very clean. We love the underground parking, especially now that it is starting to get cold. The workout room is small, but we are still able to a lot of stuff with the equipment that is provided. The staff is very friendly, and they are very good with responding fast to any questions or issues that people may have. Also, the free shuttle to Mayo is really nice! Overall, we love The Pines and we would recommend it to anyone.
My only complaint is that there isn't a coat/linen closet in my one bedroom. But the amenities are worth it! Keyless entry so I can go for a run without carrying a key. Heated underground parking means no more scraping off my car in the mornings. The balcony is huge! And I love having a washer and dryer right in my closet.
Good place to live with reasonable rent. It’s mostly peaceful and quite. Shuttle to downtown and coffee machine in the lobby. Has a new outdoor fireplace and gas lined BBQ grills. Can see deer and turkeys walking around. The management is very friendly and engaging.
I love living here with my roommate! She found The Pines earlier this year right when we were looking for a place to live for this fall and we fell in love. We live in a two bedroom apartment here on the third floor and absolutely love it. She has the master bedroom and I have the other bedroom, but I have plenty of space and I think that my bedroom and closet are big! I love having my own bathroom and so does she. The kitchen is big and so nice, as is the living room. One of my favorite things about living here at The Pines is our patio. When I moved in during August, I loved to sit outside and drink my coffee in the peace and quiet - and even sometimes seeing turkeys and deer! I also love having the movie theater room and the entertainment room to watch DIRECTV, movies, and/or hang out with friends. Overall I love living here and I am so glad that we chose The Pines!
We have lived here for a few months now! It’s great! Very quiet, friendly people, dog friendly, and super happy with the underground parking! We would definitely recommend The Pines to others!!

This place is wonderful! I have lived here for just over 3 months and I have no complaints. There is plenty of room for both myself and my roommate. We love each having our own bathroom.We also love having the theater room for watching movies and having friends over. The shuttle that goes to and from Mayo Clinic everyday saves us so much money on both gas and parking. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new modern apartment just outside of downtown (so less noisy) but not far enough where its a long drive.
Administration is good! I haven't started quite living there yet just about to sign the lease. But the online system to file application, signing lease, and check in is smooth. Overall it is nice experience. Staffs are great!
I love living at the Pines! The apartments are brand new with new appliances. We have a fitness center right down the hall which is very convenient. It is pet friendly and a welcoming environment. It is not a far drive to Mayo Clinic, about 15 minutes, and the park and ride at IBM is less than 5 minutes away.
My fiancé and I have found this space to be perfect for our first home together. Safety is a huge factor for me and I love that the building has cameras as well as codes required to get into the building. It is a short walk to get to a very nice HyVee, next to a nice neighborhood, and has great management! Free wifi, water, workout rooms, coffee bar, outdoor grilling area by a fireplace, and theater rooms... what more could you ask for?
My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 5 months now and love it here. Everything is brand new and pretty high quality. Our apartment is the perfrct size for the 2 of us. I finish there were a few more amenities as leaving a place with a pool was hard for me but they still have quite a few features. There are 2 fitness rooms, a lounge, a theater room and a grilling area with a firepit.
