Property Ratings at The Pines NV
I have lived at the Pines for 4 years and have loved it. The apartment managers, Scott and Sherri, are very friendly and helpful. I have only had one maintenance problem in the last 4 years, (air conditioner) and it was fixed in about 2-3 hours. I highly recommend this apartment complex.
We have been here for nearly 2 years. We moved blind from NYC and management helped us get situated, providing information needed about the area, etc. Rules here are not unreasonable as they provide a safe, quiet, and peaceful living environment. Whenever a rule was overlooked we got a friendly non-confrontational notice. I honestly dont understand some of the reviews here. When maintenance was needed we got notification they received our request then followed up again that very day to arrange maintenance. THE POOL: is never crowded, with plenty of quiet relaxing lounging. tables, chairs, and lounge chairs. Tree placement means having a choice whether you want to sit in the sun or shade. It could use a vending machine for soda/water but I can bring that from home so its not really a complaint. The Gym: is modest but serves it purpose perfectly. Equipment is clean and the few people I have seen inside when Im there wipe down machines with clorox wipes leaving a healthy workout environment Mail: Since we have been here the mail boxes have been reinforced with a metal frame keeping our mail safe. one review said the mailboxes had been broken. I can attest that this has been rectified as the frame is sturdy. My wife and I were only going to spend a year here before renting a house elsewhere but we are too comfortable and happy here to roll the dice anywhere else. There is no reason to move elsewhere with what we have here.
Very clean, spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Enjoyed my time here. Sherri and Scott do an excellent job managing and maintaining the property. Also, any maintenance requests were handled in a very timely manner!
The Pines is located along a paved recreational trail and minutes from I-215 in beautiful Green Valley. The property is managed by Sherri and Scott who lend a caring personal touch to all interactions. They keep the apartment complex clean and safe, as well as updated. I lived at The Pines for four years and enjoyed every minute and you will too!
We have been here almost a year and we love it. Management is strict but that's good. The place is always clean safe and quiet. Apartment is very comfortable large bedroom very reasonably priced.
I have lived here for 8 years. I love the location, it's spacious, nice and safe. The management does a great job.
we have no grace period, rent go up every year land lord mess with certin people
