I really love The Pearl, from the moment we walked in, I knew we were at home. The community and staff is very friendly and kind, the building looks well maintained and it feels like new. The amenities are great. We also loved the location.

The leasing office and maintenance staff are accessible and approachable. They do a great job maintaining the building and I am having a great experience living at the property. I feel a sense of community with the activities and amenities offered at The Pearl.

I would like to say how much I am enjoying my experience living at the Pearl.The care and effort staff puts in to maintaining the property and assisting residents makes a huge difference, and doesn’t go unnoticed. Thanks again for doing such a great job. Frank A.

Pearl's biggest advantages are its cleanliness, comfort, tidiness, and safety. Thanks to everyone who provides service here. The downsides are that the rooms are relatively small, the price is high, and more than half of the room types lack sufficient sunlight. My unit has two minor but somewhat annoying issues. One is that the public area by the pool often has residents making noise until midnight. The other is that the room layout lacks a designated shoe cabinet area, and the heating/air conditioning unit is positioned directly facing the gas stove.

The Pearl is an excellent community, all leasing office employees are very friendly and helpful.

Shout out to Amy, Helen, and Concierge Team for making our experience, from touring Pearl to moving in. Everything was simplified and an easy process. The Pearl is a beautiful property and maintains its curb appeal. Definitely made the right move by moving here. Thank you!

Moving to The Pearl has been the best decision. This community is luxurious, well maintained, but also, everyone that works here is kind and very professional. If you are considering moving to The Pearl, please do it. You won’t regret it.

We have been living at The Pearl for nearly four years and truly love our time here. The location is perfect, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. The maintenance team is quick and efficient, and the management team is always pleasant to work with. Despite the many new apartments opening up in Koreatown, it’s hard to imagine leaving a place that feels so homey and welcoming.

It's a great place to live, so convenient and staff is very kind. It's well priced compared to the other apartments in the area and offers way better amenities and quality of life.

My experience so far has been okay. There weren’t any serious problems that occurred during my time here.

Living in this apartment complex has been an absolute delight! The staff here are not just efficient, they’re genuinely caring, always greeting residents with a warm smile and ready to assist with any needs. Maintenance is a breeze; issues are handled promptly, often before we even have a chance to report them. Nestled in a prime location, the complex offers easy access to local shops, parks, and dining, making life here incredibly convenient. The cherry on top is the management's commitment to continuous improvement; they regularly update facilities and add amenities that enhance our living experience. Their efforts make us feel truly valued and at home.

I have been living here since Oct 2020 and could not have been happier. The professionalism and attention from staff, location in Ktown and with everything it offers we will continuously stay here!

There is nothing positive to share about The Pearl aside from the large parking lot with so many available spaces that I’ve noticed people without parking permits (basically random cars that shouldn’t be allowed in the garage) somehow are able to come in and park their car in the garage anyway. I’ve personally seen people park in the guest/retail areas waiting for a resident to open the gate before they reverse their car and drive into the resident parking area.

The Pearl is a great apartment to live in. I would love to recommend to my friends if they are searching for an apartment.

Overall a great community if you want to live in K town. Good service, clean apartments, and safer than most places in LA.

Overall the Pearl is a very nice place to live. Pretty quite, nice gym, good parking and a great location for my work. Just wish management would install grassy area for the dog lovers, we don’t need more flowers.

The Pearl is unique in that it is maintained so well. The amenities are like new, the apartment itself is like new even though this building has been around for a while. I’m incredibly impressed, wish I could buy a place here.

The interior of the apartment is nice. But terrible management will quickly ruin your experience here if you have to interact with them in any way after the lease signing.

The position, the staff and the amenity are really good. The only problem is the poor soundproof isolation. My I can hear most of the sound made by my neighbor who lives downstairs.

Leasing agent Scarlett she helped me a lot on my transfer. She always smiles and give the positive energy. Since it was my first transfer, I had so many questions and she answered everything so friendly she never gave me the feeling I bothered her. She was so nice and I think it was nice choice to live in here again. I never wrote a review but for her I had to let everyone know she's really nice worker here.

I am really satisfied with the pearl and the management. Overall, the community was kept really clean, and the management is always responding to our requests quickly, and very kindly. They remember resident's names and units, so I don't need to explain myself all the time which is amazing. I wish they are more strict about trash valet service violations because many units just throw away their trash on the aisle. Other than that, my overall experience in the community is very satisfying.

Everybody cares, from the top down, each person literally cares about the property and residents. I have been here one year as of July 1st and the consistency of professionalism and kindness is top notch!

One thing I want to have "safety" while entering and leaving the apartment. I feel that The Pearl is very safe.

Living in an Pearl apartment for more than two years,the friendly service of the people of the leasing office is wonderful.The apartment facilities are perfect place to living in middle of wilshire.

The Pearl is a comfortable, clean, well-managed community that typically does not suffer from problems with noisy residents or guests, bad odors from poor trash management, or offensive odors like cigarette smoke or marijuana smoke from residents since it is a non-smoking community. Although there can be some noise pollution from the surrounding major streets (Wilshire Blvd), the units are very well insulated and block out outside sounds very well while also maintaining climate very well. Management is reasonably responsive and does a better job than similar communities Ive lived at in the area. However, there remains some room for improvement. The maintenance team is very responsive and effective. The surrounding area is generally safe, but there are homeless encampments on the nearing streets which may be a concern for you. Proximity to restaurants on Wilshire sometimes results in less than desirable insect spotting on Wilshire. Parking is convenient, safe, and standard price for residents. Street parking tends to be fairly accessible as well. Guest parking is limited but available. Very dog-friendly. Spacious hallways and common areas. Very nice amenities (mostly unavailable due to COVID-19). Needs a game room. Great place to have guests over for BBQs and swimming. Centrally-located with easy access to any part of LA proper and freeways to surrounding areas. Great food and grocery shopping in the area, especially if you like Korean food. Walkable and bikeable.

I have to say you get a pretty good feeling about anything in life after 3 months. With that said, I have been living here just over that period of time and I am completely impressed with the Pearl experience. The staff is friendly, honest and answers any of your questions. If they need to research something and get back to you, they actually do that! The leadership here is top notch; from Christopher, Alicia and Byron in the office...to Evette, Stephanie and Dulce on the front desk. All these people take their jobs seriously and genuinely seem to enjoy what they do, always putting the tenant first. Who ever is over seeing The Pearl from a corporate level I want you to know that you have a great team in place. If you can replicate this in your other properties you cannot lose! Nick H.

The pearl is no longer what it used to be when I moved about 2 years ago.

Move-in was easy, and everyone who works in the front office and with concierge have been super helpful! The Pearl is a gem in the midst of a bustling neighborhood. Glad I found it!

The Pearl is truly the pearl but be prepared that it is hard to open the oyster and receive the quality of living at the pearl you expect from the name. The Building is beautiful and kept clean by a fantastic cleaning staff. On the other hand, the office staff seems to ignore tenants and focus on new leads instead of keeping current tenants happy. Maintence is good, but whoever is in charge is not focusing on the right things, they never contact back.

Nice security team, nice facilities, nice location, average management team, little over price rent fee, unexpected fee(community water fee, etc).

Terrible management from front end Christofer to upper level who don't seem to have faces or names.

I am really enjoying my experience at the Perl community. I love that this community filled with greens that makes the air quality more clean. There are a lot of different common areas where you can spend your time by yourself or with the friends. I do like the barbecue area which is beautiful and big enough for everyone to enjoy. Thank you to the management and to all team members who make this community a great place for living.

I really like living at The Pearl because its such a clean and new complex. The front desk staff is so helpful and brings a smile to your day. The maintenance crew cleans everyday and fixed your repairs in a timely manner.

This apartment has all the facilities I want. Swimming pool, gym, BBQ area. All spaces are always clean and ready for use at any time. In particular, all the staff working are very friendly. I am happy to live here.
