Please make sure you walk the apartment before you move in! The office will not have you fill out the move in check list to report damages. They do it and put down it’s all good. Please be aware of this. They are rude even when ask a question.

We just moved here and love it so far! There are a few minor concerns. The sink was leaking the first day we moved in. Certain spots in the apartment that weren’t cleaned properly or fixed from the previous tenants. Nothing major. Little details. One of the light bulbs that we barely used already burned out after us only being here 1 week. Other than that, we love our new home.
I live in these apartments and have for over 2 years. I'm moving out shortly. They are beautiful with great maintenance. However, if you have a complaint NOTHING gets taken care of. I complain at least once a week regarding the noise from my upstairs neighbors. Nothing changes. I have a very stressful job and literally am nauseated when I come home as I know I will have to contend with the noise. It is really pathetic that this continues with no repercussions. It really changes the way you think about apartment living and how inconsiderate people can be. Trust me when I say it's beautiful to look at... But beware as far as complaints.

1. Infested with scorpions! 2. They unscrupulously "discover" damage that was previously reported on move-in inspection. 3. Not military friendly at all! If you have to leave on short notice, expect they will submit any remaining balance to collections before trying to contact you. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!
These apartments are the perfect retreat from the busy city. The grounds are very well maintained and the staff is very friendly. Very spacious floor plans and three pools to choose from. They are very close to several restaurants and grocery stores. I personally love this area and love the comfort of my apartment.
Great apartments , lovely amenities , and great staff working here , only issue I've had was trying to upgrade to a larger apartment , the option is there , but really getting me on the upfront costs ..... Other than that I would def recommend my family and friends to this place if they were looking for an apartment!!!!
Enjoy a wonderful city view, 3 stories, spacious floor plans, 4 clean pool areas, gas bar -b- que grill areas, media center with fax, printer & computers, club house & gym. Grounds are always kept clean & beautiful. Dog waste bags & bins provided. Gated community. Lived here in 3 bed, 2 bath for almost 4yrs. Never had a problem. Maintenance always prompt. Leasing staff helpful & friendly. Reasonable rent & they always seem to have a deal going! They occasionally have tenant gatherings at the main pool where they provide free music & food! They know how to show tenant appreciation!
Constant upkeep and cleaning of the grounds make for a beautiful place to call home! Nice landscaping and Awesome resort style pools! Friendly and helpful staff, decent gym and friendly community of neighbors!
