The amenities were in good condition, and the resident staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The package service was efficient and reliable. However, one aspect to note is that the walls are quite thin, which means you can hear your neighbors talking at times. Overall, it was a positive experience with great service and amenities, though the noise from neighboring units could be improved.

The rooms are nice, somewhat small for the overall price, the neighborhood is great but really far from campus. My biggest complaint is how thin the walls are, you can hear a normal conversation across the entire apartment. On the other hand the walk in closet and kitchen are great.

hard to cook in room, no vent hood. the smoke alert just beeps randomly. water pressure too low. thermostat noise too loud at night, and window does not work.

Maintenance is way faster than I expected. The furniture is helpful to have. Having easy access to the outdoors through the balcony is also a great plus. I’m overall enjoying my stay at the Pavilion on Berry.

It's great, but at the same time I wish I could have a smoker for when I'm cooking. The bathrooms are also equipped with separate extractor and super-lighting functions as well as a waste bin in each room.

lot of issues we had/are going to have to call maintenance for. furthermore, my self and one of my roommates had to clean the fridge ourselves as it was littered with spills, residue, and other gunk specifically around the vegitable drawers. Decent for the price though and maintenance has quickly addressed our issues once reported

Beautiful, I love that I have my own bathroom, and the events they give us but very clean place, and I love the location since it is close to a lot of places so I would recommend living in Pavillion on berry.

Apartments are spacious for the price. Overall a safe community with a lot of friendly neighbours. The amenities are really good and affordable compared to the other options

I had a good experience while subleasing for the summer. I enjoyed the neighborhood and the walking/biking trails nearby. There are plenty of food options around as well. I appreciate that I was able to bring my pet with me. The only downsides are that I wished the gym was bigger and had more machines, the cleanliness and smell of hallways are not the best, and the rugs inside the apartment.

Really great place to live. It feels safe and has a nice community. I've had a couple issues with appliances, but the maintenance staff is fast and friendly.

nice apartment complex that is affordable and close to the university of minnesota campus by lightrail. the leasing office is very welcoming and offers several fun events for residents to participate in. there are several nice amenities however i’ve noticed that when amenities need maintenance that sometimes it takes a long time to get things up and running again. lately i’ve noticed the treadmills in the gym are out of order and have been so for a little while.

Overall, my experience living in this apartment has been quite positive. The apartment itself is well-maintained and spacious, with modern amenities that make daily living comfortable. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and shopping centers. However, one issue that I have encountered during my time here is noise. The walls seem to be thin, and noise from neighbors and the surrounding area can sometimes be disruptive. This has been a bit of a downside, especially during evenings and weekends when I would prefer a quieter environment. Very comfortable place to live. I feel safe living here. The staff at the front desk are always super helpful and nice. Maintenance responds quickly to work orders and they are really friendly.

Good location for students. Well connected with metro and buses. Maintenance is good and they respond properly. Clean and neat service. Overall good experience.

everything is great about the pavilion except two major issues: the fire alarm repeatedly goes off, and instead of actually fixing it they’ve asked staff to manually turn it off every time it goes off (which is VERY OFTEN and very disturbing)- it goes off at all times of day and night!! second, we pay $80 a month for parking yet the cars continuously get broken into and stolen or parts are stolen, and if you ask for security footage and even get the police involved the pavilion will not release any footage! great to know our cars are safe

Please know the issue with the alarms has not gone unnoticed - after exhausting all attempts to have our contractor provide a solution, we are bringing in a different company who is scheduled to repair the alarms on January 10th and 11th. We sincerely apologize for how long this has taken to remedy and thank you (and all of our residents) for being patient during this ordeal. Regarding the issues with parking, we do our best to ensure the lot is safe for our residents and their cars with constantly patrolling by our security team. In addition to requesting residents to lock doors, close windows and remove any/all items within their vehicles that would be inviting to criminals, we strongly encourage residents who are victims to car theft or vandalism to submit a police report. This way, law enforcement is aware of the uptick of criminal activity in our neighborhood and can increase patrols on their end. We don't take your concerns lightly, El, and appreciate your honest feedback. If there is any issue that comes up in the future, please don't hesitate reaching out to our Leasing Manager directly. It's been 6 months I have been living at this apartment and my experience has been pretty good so far. It is safe to live here, you get the transit station in 5 minutes walk, it's close to the UofM. So, overall pretty good.

Maintenance and noises issues need to be improved! Their is a lot of noises coming from upstairs also a beep sound at the first floor been a week and it not fixed yet. Pleas consider making a time checking those issues thank you!

Living here has been great besides a few issues with appliances. It's a good community. Apartments are nice and come with a good amount of furniture. It was a little dirty at move in.

Area is in an industrial area, however you can hop on the train two blocks away. Friendly staff, easy to ask a question or request in person. 4 bedrooms, all have own bathroom. If you want a 4 bedroom, Great amenities: game room, with computers, printer, pool table, two TV's; a gym, yoga room; courtyard with fireplace and area to sit around. An elevator and parking. I would recommend living here, especially if you go to U of M.

Pavilion on Berry is a great place to stay. The community is very peaceful. Especially for students of University of Minnesota. It is closer to the school, train stop and along the bus routes too.

A nice apartment complex that has a reasonable commute time to UMN east bank campus. Rooms and bed sizes are great, and Management is super helpful! One negative is the wi-fi is slow.

I've had a great time at the Pavilion on Berry. The move-in was easy and very quick. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful with the lease and the whole process. I also like how it is close by to the light rail! Very convenient! I'm glad I chose this place to stay for this school year! :)

I am very happy so far. The apartment is just as advertised in the website, everything was in good condition and completely functional and the staff is very kind and helpful! I also was lucky in the matching process, as my roommate and I are living very well together.

Great place with all the amenities provided. Near Westgate metro station so there's no communication issues for UMN students. Good and enough security and maintenance services.

The community is nice, mostly students live here. I’ve heard cars get broken into in the apartment parking lot, which to me is unacceptable since we pay for parking for a gated community. Otherwise enjoy being here!

We've contracted one of the best security teams to patrol the property after hours - by car and on foot - and, even though there are a handful of individuals with bad intentions, we have seen a decrease in overall crime with the measures we have put in place! We strongly encourage our tenants take preventative and proactive measures with their own safety by locking car doors, closing car windows, keeping valuables out of sight, and prevent piggy-backing when accessing restricted areas. I like the Pavilion on Berry because it holds packages for me for days and because the maintenance people get stuff done when it needs to be done. I just wish the leasing office would open sooner and close later.

Great place to live! Close to the light rails. The rent is very reasonable for the amenities offered. The maintenance work is very efficient. The issue I have faced while living at POB is the internet connection. Overall, it's really difficult to find a good apartment like POB at such a price.

It's a 5, but giving it a 4 for a few work orders I had to generate after moving in. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, people are nice and you feel like home in a short span.
