The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Pavilion on Battlefield
I’ve lived at the Pavilion apartments for 3 months and I love it here! Marie-the apartment manager was so helpful and kind during the application process! It’s so quiet and peaceful here. I would highly recommend! Donna B
I have lived here for over two years and this is a great place to live. Friendly manager Marie is always helpful and really cares about the tenants. Very quiet and pretty landscaping. Highly recommend.
I have lived here for two years. Management is very personable and will respond quickly to any needs you may have. Through the pandemic they made sure all protocol was followed when anything needed to be fixed . The trees enclose the property which makes the community feel like you are out in the country. Highway 60 is far enough away that the noise is not overwhelming. Perfect place to live for a single person to live.
I love living at The Pavillion Apartments. Much, much better than my previous apartment. Even though these aren’t brand new apartments, they were built to last (quality materials). The Manager is wonderful. I finally feel at home!
I've lived in several different apartments in Springfield and this one has been my favorite. It's close to anything you need, very peaceful and has pleasant neighbors! And the property manager, Marie, is an absolute rock star!
I have lived here since 2015 and love my community. I recently had a flood in my unit and I want to say a million thank you to my manager and maintenance they was quick to get everything under control and cleaned on a Saturday. Thank you I happy woman !!
I just signed my lease for another year and I'm am so happy here! I have never lived in an appt. unit that I am so comfortable and feel so safe. The grounds are beautiful surrounded with trees and grass. From Marie, Brian and several of the occupants here make me feel this is my family home! The professionalism of Marie is beyond the measures of a landlord. She cares so much for her people. She goes way beyond and makes sure everyone is happy and healthy. The maintenance, Brian is such a good man and takes care of things promptly. They both are readily available anytime. On a personal note..we had just moved in when my husband got sick. Marie and several of the ladies checked on me daily. When he died, there was no other place I wanted to be but here with my friends that became family. Marie, Marge and others comforted me to the point I felt safe and loved. I love it here, it is my home and hope to stay many, many more years!!
My favorite thing about living here is all the open space/wooded area around the apartment buildings--this fall there were even deer 15 feet away from my patio every now and then. It's definitely a great space to feel like you're not in the middle of town, but the location is so convenient that I'm usually 10-15 minutes away from anywhere I'm going. The living spaces in the apartment are large with lots of closet space and the staff are very friendly and helpful with anything you might need. It's also the most pet friendly place I've lived--especially for dogs with all of the open green area right there for walks or playtime, etc.
