Some residents don’t respect any parking preferences. I know most spaces are not assigned but you would think that they would notice. I also wish the building would spray the grassy areas around the complex for ticks as they are already out. The stairwells are also dirty pretty often but this is me nitpicking. I really like living here and hope to stay for a while.

I’ve been a resident here for over 6 months now. The staff are always very accommodating and considerate, in addition to planning excellent community events. The building is always very clean. And the neighbors are generally kind and friendly. This is a great place to live!

My apartment is beautiful and the amenities make this a wonderful place to live. From the gym to the work station in the lobby, I’ve found the facilities very useful. There are always open spots in the parking lot and never too much demand for the elevator. The staff is very nice and always planning community events!

I love living here. It’s so close to my job and everyone is very friendly. I really like how many events the community holds within the rec area. Everything is kept pretty tidy and any small repairs are done very quickly. Most apartment complexes take months or years to do something small. I love how the washer and dryer are in the unit and the use of a thermostat.

Friendly staff with well kept facility. The 1 bedroom apartment has a spacious living room. The kitchen has newly upgraded appliances. Soft carpeted bedroom.

It is a lovely community to live in. It’s clean and not noisy. There are plenty of parking spaces. Elevator available and great clubhouse features. The pool is nice and never overcrowded

It’s such a lovely building with so much convenience in mind. There are doggy bags every like 30 ft. outside so there’s no reason for someone not to pick up after their dog. We can always access the trash room on our floor or leave the trash in the hall at night. And the view is gorgeous! So far loving living here!

Just been very nosey lately and tenants throwing garbage in the hall. Also people that don’t live here parking their cars here for days and no parking for tenants that’ pay rent. If you’re NOT a tenant you need to be parking in the far back by all the grass. We need to have a permit termite or something to show we live at the pavilion and if you parked in a non visitor spot then you get towed.

The place is very nice and clean. The people here seem really nice. I am excited for our time being here however long it may be. I am mostly excited to use the gym.

The apartment staff are all very helpful and kind. They make sure to get the maintenance requests done as quickly as possible. Some neighbors are not respectful with their dogs which results in noise.

I’ve had the pleasure of calling The Pavilion at Raritan my home for the past four years and it has been an exceptional experience. It's nestled on the edge where Flemington and Raritan Township meet. This community strikes the perfect balance between quaint living and modern amenities. It’s like having the best of both worlds.
Everyone has been super helpful in helping us move in.. responses to any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. It shows they really care about making sure we felt right at home here
Approaching three years in our apartment at The Pavilion At Raritan. Great community, very close to local shops, free parking for residents. We are happy to call this our home !
It’s been a great experience so far. Our unit is quiet during the night so we can have a restful night. We plan to stay here as long as we can.
Amazing! So happy to have moved here! Friendly staff, friendly residents, and overall well kept facility. Leasing staff went above and beyond and the amount of activities hosted are incredible.
Nice experience! Feeling welcomed, receptionist is nice, thou we were missing a house key everything else is clean and neat. However we are guessing the room was recently cleaned with chemicals or smth. Was very strong and heavy made our heads ache for a couple of days.
The best apartment complex in the area, ran by the best staff around! The decision to renew my lease was a no-brainer. Their amenities and property size makes both us, and our dogs, incredibly happy to call this complex our home.
Everyone is super nice here. The apartment, for new construction, is actually surprisingly well built. Free parking is also great. The location is very ideal, you have everything you can possibly need, nearby.
I’ve lived in a house my whole life, so i was weary about moving to an apartment, as i always felt like they were more of hotels & an overall inconvenience. however, from the moment my fiance and i stepped into these apartments, we felt so welcomed. since moving in, the residents have been so kind to us. the community is considerate, quiet (not in a bad way), and very kind! the location is perfect, not right in the middle of town, but super close. the price for all you get here compared to other apartments nearby is amazing! Nadia has been so helpful throughout this whole process! i HIGHLY suggest, if you’re looking for an apartment, coming here. i am blown away by the homey feel here & the overall pleasurable experience it’s been this far!
Love the complex very quite and super clean. Plenty of parking space available and beautiful stainless steel appliances. Great place to raise your family. .
I like living here. I love the office staff and maintenance guys! The only thing is the costs, they charge you for everything. The trash, $25/mn, although it is valet but you have to bring it yourself on Fri, Sat and holidays. The amenities, $350 per lease term. Reserved parking, $50/mn, otherwise, it is free if you don't mind walking a bit. And of course the rent, but that varies. Overall, I would recommend living here if you can afford it. It's a newer building and very nice. A good layout of the floor plans. And again, the staff is awesome!
I love it here! The events are fun, there's always something new to do each month. I love that we collect food for the Flemington Food Pantry. Maintenance is always quick to help and the office goes above and beyond to assist. We will be here until we buy a house.
I recently moved into this apartment, and I must say it's been a pleasant experience so far. The spacious layout and modern amenities make it feel like home. The maintenance team is quick to address any issues, and the location is convenient for daily activities. Overall, it's a great place to live.
Friendly residents and pets are welcome! Fast responses to service requests. Amenities are well appointed. The gym, clubhouse and pool are always clean.
Me and my wife love the apartment. Never an issue with anything. It's very quiet. We love that the apartment is pet friendly. We are able to travel and we get emails explaining what's going on at the complex.
The noise increasing especially after 9 on the weekdays is insane it’s like soon as office manager and maintenance leave the crazies come out. Also chip bags and soda cans being left in the halls on the heaters. I think more cameras need to be installed on stairways and hallways because I been here 3 years and only starting this summer the nonsense has started.
Truly the best apartment complex in town and the best apartment company to rent from. My dogs love seeing other residents and animals while going on daily walks. Maintenance techs are very courteous to us all, when they need to address an issue. The complex views are peaceful, especially when wildlife come to visit!
Living in this apartment community is like no other. There are many social events planned allowing the residents opportunities to get to know their neighbors better. Events are held throughout the month and allow fun activities without stepping a foot outdoors. This is good especially now in the winter months. The location is also great as you have a grocery store, restaurants, dentist and bank all in walking distance.
The best place with the best staff; hands down. Between the location in town, the seasonal views, the kindest community and the peace and quiet; I can’t quite pick my favorite feature!
The Pavilion at Raritan is a wonderful place to live. The staff is very friendly and go above and beyond to help. The rooms and amenities are modern and clean. The location is also fantastic as you have restaurants, groceries, and the hospital in all close distance. I highly recommend The Pavilion to anyone looking for a place to live.
