Love living here. First time I’ve never had issues with roomates. Location is super convenient!!! It’s a walk away from everything and saves me money! Love the community and love this apartment!

I love living here! I've stayed at the Parlor for nearly 2 years now, and I honestly couldn't recommend it enough. It's a great location- I walk to campus, Target, cafes and bars on the square, HEB, etc. Everything in my apartment feels new and modern.

I absolutely love living here! The penthouse apartment views are incredible, and this is my second year without any major issues. The Customer Service is fantastic—maintenance is always prompt and efficient when handling requests. The Unit Amenities are top-notch, and the Location couldn’t be better—walking distance to all the great stores on the square and just a 10-minute walk to campus. This is easily the best apartment I’ve had during college. The staff is amazing too! <3

It’s alright here. My actual apartment is really nice and I love it, but I feel like it’s mostly because I made it homey. I am in the second building across the street (not the main one) and it’s defintiely much dirtier and less well kept. The hallways and elevators have all kinds of dirt and tracks in them and the staircase has stains of what look like dog poop all over. Also, garage parking (which is pretty much a requirement if you have you car with you) is an extra $110 PER MONTH which is absolutely crazy, so definitely keep that in mind to add to rent. Overall, it’s alright, but there are definitely some flaws.

My time at the Parlor hasn't been unpleasant and I've enjoyed my time. I don't have very many complaints and a few that I have are out of my control. A small downside is that maintenance isn't always on top of requests and I've had a request not be attended to for about a week and had to redo the request. I will say that the location is a huge plus as a student and all the staff I've interacted with have been really nice. Parking is iffy as getting out of the garage is scary since you can't see the oncoming cars on the road.

The community is friendly. Easy to strike up a conversation with a stranger or ask for help with information. Haven't had a bad experience with anyone. I also just moved in a month ago, so keep that in mind.

I’ve only been moved in a few days but everything has been great! Very safe and nice place. There have been a few things i’ve noticed from the person who previously lived here but not too bad, everything seems fairly new besides that.

Overall love the place, amenities, and location (walkable distance to the square, HEB, restaurants, and campus). There are some minor construction issues and the parking is a little inconvenient but overall I do love the place.

The parlor is a great living experience. Just be prepared to have loud neighbors waking you up at 2am because they are drunk and having a party outside. It sucks because people have work early in the morning but they don’t care.

I have loved loving here, there are a couple things that have made it so it wasn’t the greatest. Unfortunately the inner courtyard is the loudest thing ever, people don’t respect sleeping time and will be drunk screaming in there. The courtyard lights also don’t turn off which is annoying. There has been a lot of construction and the main elevator has a history of somehow breaking even those it’s a new building. The office and maintenance employees are great and so nice! The biggest issue was the doggie areas outside the building, residents never picked up after their dogs and there was no enforcement of the fees for that and when leaving the building it would just smell disgusting.

There were no complications during my application process. once I finished my application, I instantly received my lease. Riley was so helpful when discussing my lease, he answered all my questions and help me understand the contract. Everyone in the office was very inviting and kind, can't wait to move-in!
