Ideally located about 10 miles southwest of Newark and 18 miles from New York City, Roselle is a cozy borough for those looking for a quieter place to call home. First settled around 1664, Roselle was settled by farmers looking for better farmland. It was part of the first New Jersey settlement called Elizabethtown. The borough was officially incorporated in 1894 as Roselle.
Today, this terrific community features beautiful parks and great shopping. Warinanco Park, the borough's largest park, offers ball fields, a running track, a playground, pedal boats, an ice skating rink, a fitness trail, a bicycle path, fishing, a spray pool, tennis courts, picnic areas, and shuffleboard. Roselle's tree-lined streets are mainly residential, with a shopping district located between Westfield Avenue and West 1st Avenue.

I truly enjoy being part of this community, but the noise from my upstairs neighbors has become unbearable. There’s constant stomping and banging at all hours, even late into the night. It’s so loud that it’s disturbed my mother’s sleep — something that really shouldn’t be happening in such a nice place.

3.5. Parking on site is an issue. They have you pay for a selective on-site parking pass and then they allow anyone to park on site so unless you ask, you have to pay this premium charge for no reason. There’s also several amenities that are no longer available because the mail room is expanded into the movie room, but this is still an amenity that is on the amenity list. Besides, the property is nice, and the staff is friendly, but they are not gonna do anything to lower the cost here even though the experiences that they’re offering or not all available.

The Park is very quiet place to live and the only thing I would suggest is maybe more visitor parking. The amenities are good but for amount of residents to amenities need to be more.

I still love the location. The staff is very attentive. The property is well kept but the complex has become too crowded. This property cannot adequately accommodate the number of residents. Parking, packages, club house space, trash pick up and dogs are all prominent issues.

Well built apartments, great maintenance and landscaping team, well organized and monitored package area, pool area was often crowded but there was always a place to sit.

Parking, parking, parking. May be one of the biggest issues in this locations. Tons of new buildings being made, but never enough parking spots for all tenants. Ratio between parking spot to tenants I’m sure is a wide margin. Aside from that, way too many times are we seeing policies and rule changes. Emails every week about a new restriction being made. Can’t even enjoy the benefit of using the pavilion for any future event we may have come up. On a positive note, I see hard working landscapers at least once a week taking care of the grounds. One day I see grass growing, the next day, well leveled. I enjoy that. Overall, I can’t see myself and my family wanting to renew our lease to continue living in the complex.

I've been living at this apartment complex for some time, and overall it's been a good experience,especially if you have a dog. There's a great on-site dog park and plenty of walking areas, which make it very pet-friendly. The green spaces are clean and well-kept, and the walking paths are perfect for daily strolls. However, there are definitely some downsides. Parking can be a major issue, especially during evenings and weekends when spots fill up quickly. Additionally, the amenities don’t quite match the number of tenants here. The gym and pool often feel overcrowded, and it can be hard to enjoy these shared spaces during peak times. Management is responsive, and the community feels safe, but it would be great to see more investment in infrastructure to match the growing number of residents. Still, it’s a solid choice for pet owners who value outdoor space and a quiet neighborhood.

So far so good i like it here everyone is so friendly even the workers. Only problem i have is the parking at night there be no parking after 10 pm and l work second shift so when i get home i have to park far away from my apartment overall its a 10/9

I still love the location. The staff are always professional, kind and courteous. The complex is over crowded. Services are not what they used to be.. Trash is not always picked up timely. The mail room is over burdened. Public space is too limited. The club house, the pool and the patios with grills cannot accommodate the current population of the complex. Guest parking is lacking. Dogs are not always leashed.

Good amenities and space in the apartments. Also, in a good location. However, they have been building a lot more apartments buildings in the complex which takes away from a lot of the greenery and is getting more crowded.

Love the atmosphere but neighbors above sound like a stamped above me. The neighbors next door leave thier garbage out on no garbage nights and make the hallway smell. Other then that the community is mostly clean and no issues around.

We lived here for 3 years. 3 years ago we LOVED this place. Management was great. Repairs responded too promptly. Parking was fine. Now 3 years later it’s gotten SUPER loud. Neighbors leave their trash in the hallway for DAYS and nothing is done. Forget having a nightlife. You won’t find parking after a certain time even though you pay for it. Have a second car? Good luck finding parking at night. Especially since it’s a shared parking lot with another complex. You pay for a movie theater amenity that has been turned into a package room (that they said would be temporary for the holidays and has now stayed a package room for the past 2 years). The rent has gone up way past market value, AND I saw them renting the same apartment for significantly cheaper than what they were charging us. Repairs are not always responded to in a timely manner. Management has changed many times in the past 3 years as well. When I call the management office 9/10 times no one answers, and they do not call back if you leave a message. I have to call 7 times in a day to get an answer the few times I have called in the past 3 years.

Roselle Community Park is truly a gem in the neighborhood! The park is always clean, well-maintained, and beautifully landscaped. Whether you’re looking for a peaceful place to walk, a safe playground for the kids, or open space to enjoy a game of catch or a picnic, this park has it all. There are plenty of benches and shaded areas, and the walking paths are perfect for a relaxing stroll or a morning jog. The playground is modern and safe, and my kids absolutely love spending time there. I also appreciate how friendly and welcoming the community is—everyone from the staff to fellow visitors contributes to the positive atmosphere. Just moved in like 3 days ago and it looks like that’s a great place to leave in. Clean, everything corresponds to the pictures from their website. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is a little problem with parking. But besides that everything is decent.

The place is nice. There needs to be a little bit of an upgrade but the place is nice. The property use to be cleaner but it’s ok. The management team is very nice and they seek to solve and resolve issues that arise.

I have lived here for just about 9 months and it has been a fantastic experience. Whenever I have problems in the community, the office is quick to provide support and fix any issues. The maintenance team also provides help typically within 24 hours. The amenities are amazing and everything I could wish for.

I still love the area with its access to roads, public transportation, shopping and restaurants. But...the Complex is becoming over crowded. The Club House areas is entirely too small. The mail room has gotten better but is still over burdened. Parking has improved.

This is the best hidden community ever. The neighbors are friendly as well as the staff. It’s also very quiet here. We have the best Staff. Nico, Andrew & Adrian are all on top of their game & they always make you feel welcomed as soon as you step through the front door.

The community is a nice community in a quiet area. I moved here for the 20 acre park. Sadly, I no longer go there and have begun going to public parks due to the absurd amount of unleashed and untrained dogs in this community. It’s upsetting bc theres an entire dog park!! But the dog owners here are selfish and dont care, they let them run around everywhere & not on a leash, even when they are on a leash their dogs are aggressive and will jump and run ontop of you. I have a baby and multiple times dogs have aggressively barked and tried to attack him. It scares me so much. Many times the owners do intervene but I am just so afraid one day my baby or I will get bitten. Also throughout the community there’s piles of dog poop everywhere, its getting ridiculous. This community has so much potential but majority of these people own dogs and just do not follow the rules, I’m unsure if the building enforces these rules. They send emails but it’s not working. I will not be resigning my lease.

Overall I have had a good experience living in the Park. Of course there is always some bad apples to spoil the bunch. We have tenants who don’t pick after their dogs and others who put garbage in the hallways outside of the scheduled hours. This means garbage sits out longer than it should causing the hallway to smell.

Parking is terrible, even after paying for selected parking you still have to park on the street or in a sketchy guest lot that gets broken into often. The mail room, although they hired more staff, is still very disorganized and packages are not safe from theft or being lost. Besides that, the property is well maintained, staff are nice, maintenance crew is impeccable and the units are very large.

The complex is well kept and taken care of. I’ve had incidents in my unit that were not fun to deal with (twice) and it took a little while to get them in there to solve it, also don’t like that we no longer have a movie room.

It’s nice and peaceful here and the community is very nice and welcoming. There are always some kind of event for the residence which nice. The only down side is there is no playground for the kids and the parking sucks late a night
