My experience has been mostly positive. The community is generally quiet and well-kept, and maintenance requests are handled in a reasonable time. There are still a few areas that could be improved, but overall it’s been a good place to live.

I have been at The Park for almost 2 years now and i am not looking to leave anytime soon. The staff is amazing and although sometimes tenants are not respectful, the staff does their best to address any issues or concerns you have and they make your stay in this community more peaceful. The building itself is well-kept, clean, and secure, creating a comfortable and safe environment to come home to every day. Great leasing office, Emely is professional and wonderful! She provided a warm welcome and responds promptly to inquiries. Maintenance staff are professional and responsive to work orders, and respect special requests such as preferred time of entry, even a few days into the future. The proximity to the station was our biggest priority, which The Park provides. The area is also very safe to walk around and trains from Woodbridge are clean.

I’ve been living in this apartment for two years now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is super convenient—close to public transit, grocery stores, and some nice restaurants. The unit itself is modern with updated appliances, decent insulation (I rarely hear neighbors), and plenty of natural light. Maintenance is responsive and usually resolves issues within a day or two, which I really appreciate. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed place in a great neighborhood.

Move in was quick and easy. After approval the emails will notify and remind you what to do in a timely manner to have a smooth move in. The leasing agents are also there to ask questions. They leasing agents answer very quickly to missed calls and emails. Common areas were clean and organized. Unit was clean and ready for move in. I didn’t do an in person tour and the unit looked exactly like the virtual tour.

Great community atmosphere with neighbors and staff. Very clean environment and great amenities on each floor. About 80 to 100 foot steps from the building front door to the entrance way of the train station (a commuters dream).

Recently moved into The Park at Woodbridge Station. Overall, the building is kept very clean and the apartments are new and modern. The general area surrounding the building isn’t the best and my apartment gets very noisy in the morning with the post office across the street. Overall would recommend if commuting to NYC for work.

Loud train. Trucks always backing into post office throughout the middle of the night. Very expensive for lack of peace. Do not recommend living here.

Friendly Staff and the building is always clean. You'll enjoy the atmosphere of the local town and your neighbors in the building. The management always keep everyone updated with community events. The rooftop is phenomenal! The maintenance staff is excellent.

I love The Park. Great staff they are always so helpful. Friendly neighbors as well. I love all of the community events that are hosted through out the month.

I feel at peace living here. The staff is superb. The maintenance team is also doing a greattt job..the only issue I have is about the noise heard by the one staying below us while we are walking or if someone starts washing machine we can feel the vibrations. That’s pretty annoying.

Beautiful rooftop with plenty of space for entertaining and multiple grills for convenience, main areas are always well-kept, Amazon lockers to keep packages secure, and leasing staff are always helpful

A beautiful community with great staff! The staff is always so responsive and helpful. Maintenance is top tier! The roof top is my favorite spot in the building. It’s gorgeous. The Park truly feels like home.

All the staff from the application process to moving in was very kind and very helpful eveything were handled professionally friendly and expedient. I met the maintenance man Russell who is very kind and friendly and has the knowledge to answer any questions he was very helpful

The Park at Woodbridge Station has been me and my son’s home for almost a year now and it has been such an amazing experience. I love the community vibe this building creates. I was a little nervous at first because I hear a lot of horror stories with these new buildings, but I must say this place is amazing. If anyone is looking for a fresh start at a new place the Park at Woodbridge Station is the place. The staff is truly awesome and very genuine. I truly have no complaints and know I made the best decision in choosing a place for me and my son. Thank you for making this place a great place to call home.

The Park at wood bridge is an awesome place to live in offering holistic and wholesome experience. The place is ideal for every age group as I mingle with variety of personas in the apartments. The amenities are good enough for working professionals. Nearby Fire station and Police station are a boon to security. Train station near the doorstep is a huge plus. The staff is welcoming and hospitable. Never had any issue to really name.

As a new resident at The Park, I am overall pleased with my experience this far. After having a very negative experience at an apartment years ago, I was very hesitant to return to apartment living. However, the staff and community at The Park has made my experience very pleasant. I actually look forward to coming home and spending time in my apartment. It's quickly starting to feel like home.

The Park at Woodbridge is a great community with well maintained lounges, gyms and other amenities at every floor. The lease office and maintenance staff are very friendly and approachable. The location is also perfect as its opposite to the Woodbridge station and right in heart of the downtown.
