Happy with our unit, parking is tough at times. Was recently told to remove large gas tank at grill per Fire code but notice them on decks thru out.

I love the view and the facilities. This is a lovely place to live, especially because you can walk to the pond and there are greenbelts everywhere. The apartment is very well laid out and works very well.

We just moved in and had an issue with the AC. The staff was very friendly and were quick to repair the AC. Someone even stopped by the next day to make sure it was working properly. Since we moved in a little over a week ago, we have had nothing but positive experiences with staff and neighbors. Everyone is so friendly!

My lease comes due in April. It was not my intent to live here after six months, however everyone is so kind, helpful, shout outs to Heather, Ryan, Julieann, Dave, and Martin. I'm just going to stay!
