Property Ratings at The Palm Flats
I’ve been living at Palm Flats since February 2023, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The biggest issue is the lack of communication and responsiveness from management. It can take hours, if not days, to get a response, even for urgent or emergency situations. Additionally, the building lacks proper security measures. There is no security presence in or around the building, which has been a major concern. I’ve had my car stolen and two other cars damaged while parked on the street, and recently, a package went missing with no clear way to address these concerns. Parking in the area is also a nightmare, which adds to the frustration of living here. Given these ongoing issues and the lack of resolution, I have no plans to renew my lease. I hope future residents have a better experience, but as it stands, I cannot recommend Palm Flats.
