Amazing location and beautiful property with large spacious floorplans!

Palladian at Promenade is a great neighborhood with large townhomes with garages. It's nice to have a drive way, screened in patio, vaulted ceilings, and amazing neighbors. It's the perfect place to call home. Kelly and Patrick are very helpful and always available. I enjoy the resident events and time spent getting to meet new neighbors. It is next to all the dining and shopping so I don't have to go far for anything.

I've lived here for a year now, this is the best apartment community you'll find, the staff is very caring and professional.

I do not recommend. My neighbors were extremely loud and I also had several issues with a leaking roof, water leakage, insects and seen mice droppings.

I have lived here for almost a year, and have not had any problems. I enjoy the peace and quiet, something very comforting to come home to. Management has been nothing but excellent, always responsive to any questions I may have. Excellent place.

I love my new 2 bedroom apartment. The property is new and so pretty. The manager and maintenance staff respond quickly to my requests. They go above and beyond to help with anything and everything. I can walk to the movies or the grocery store and my children are in the finest schools around. I highly recommend this apartment community.

This place is wonderful, the management team is awsome, their always very helpful. I absolutely love it here.

I recently contacted this property in regards to availability to move in in August and I was told there was one property available. I set up an appointment to come in a see the place asap and when I got there the office was closed and no one was around. I called and no one answered. I do not know how your company does business, but this is unacceptable! I called the next day and was told the apartment was leased, after telling me it was available and setting up and appointment for me to drive there and wait and your office was closed?! This is extremely unprofessional and I don't know why you would waste someone's time and money to come out there and make false promises. I hope you can hire better staff that do no lie and make sure they do not have prospecting clients show up and there is not one person around to help them. They should never have scheduled an appointment for me to come out.

I moved in Oct 2018 and have not been excited about management. These apartments were advertised to be gated and after moving in I was told community will not be gated after all. They Just recently lowered the water pressure due some problems in vacate apartments....management stated this is temporary and the water pressure will be increased after new water facets are replaced in all units...it will take 2 week for the new facets to be received as of this post it's been about 10 days then we will have to wait until all apartments have the kitchen facets replaced then the water pressure will be restored. They advertise these apartments as luxury apartments which they are not. I live in a 2000 sq ft apartments and this winter my electric bill was over $300 per month and there is only 1 person in the unit. Management has done nothing but put out false statement. I do not recommend these apartments. One more thing the picture on this site is false. This picture is a picture of some other apartments.
