Property Ratings at The Palisade Apartments
Maintenance, management and everyone else who works for this building are some of the rudest people ever. They’re useless. Rent is cheap but you will pay for it by stolen packages, loud neighbors, dog urine smelling hallways, and pot smokers. If you’re interested in the parking spot you paid for being taken regularly, your car scratched, being woken up at 4/5 am due to loud music, maintenance never fixing anything, this is your place. If you don’t want to live in such a community, avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth it.
laundry machines are $6 a load ($3 wash/$3 dry) if you are lucky and don't choose a bad dryer (then it's $9 a load b/c you have to try it twice) and you can't just add time to a dryer after you open the door. the machines also deposit fabric softener on your towels even if you don't use it, rendering them nearly useless for their purpose. no laundromats in the area of course, those are long gone. building is great for getting packages stolen, great for roaches and ants, and for maintenance ignoring your call to have someone check on your neighbors due to abnormal CO2 readings in your unit and then it turns out they were dead and decomposing for four weeks. anyway if you can find a good rent control unit elsewhere, go there. this place is not worth the prices they are charging.
