The apartments are beautiful. However the leasing office employees do not do a good job of following through with what they say they'll do.

the Orchard is a great place to live. it does feel like a community and my neighbors have been great while still maintaining privacy at the same time. it’s great to come home after a long day and relax. shops like costco and groceries 5 min away. nice walking areas for the dog and great views from my unit balcony.

The orchard is a great apartment complex to stay at. The amenities are great and the workers here are friendly and helpful. Since The Orchard is in downtown Azusa you’re not too far away shopping and food.
