Situated in the heart of the San Gabriel Valley, Azusa is a charming LA suburb regarded for its pervasive natural beauty and exceptional opportunities for outdoor recreation. Nicknamed “the Canyon City,” Azusa sits at the entrance to the San Gabriel Canyon. The San Gabriel Mountains are also visible throughout much of the city. One mountain touts a capital A, representing the city of Azusa, that is visible within a 30-mile radius.

In addition to the canyons and mountains, Azusa residents enjoy access to a host of scenic parks and trails, including the nearby Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area. The apartments are beautiful. However the leasing office employees do not do a good job of following through with what they say they'll do.

the Orchard is a great place to live. it does feel like a community and my neighbors have been great while still maintaining privacy at the same time. it’s great to come home after a long day and relax. shops like costco and groceries 5 min away. nice walking areas for the dog and great views from my unit balcony.

The orchard is a great apartment complex to stay at. The amenities are great and the workers here are friendly and helpful. Since The Orchard is in downtown Azusa you’re not too far away shopping and food.

The orchard is a wonderful community with excellent amenities for all walks of life. The floor plans were and views were a must for us having just sold our house and down sizing. We are very satisfied with our decision to live at the orchard

Beautiful Property with great amenities

I was honored with the privilege of touring the property while still in construction, I loved the roof top dog park, and the amazing views/floor plans. This property will be the jewel of Azusa, CA when it opens.
