The new office managers at the Oaks of Hampton, specifically Ms. Cynthia (Manger) and Ms. Becky (Assistant Manger) have proven to be people oriented in general and patient toward senior residents. I have both witnessed their caring demeanor and have personally experienced this several times in the office and over the phone. Other Kudos are below: 1. I have been at this location for 7 years, under several management companies and office personnel, but I have never been so impressed as I have been with these two office managers' caring deportment. 2. Even the maintenance crews are friendly, respectful and efficient with maintenance concerns. 3. Last but not least--The private-like location of the property is Ideal and bus and rail is in close proximity. All of these above begins with competent management personnel.
The people in the office have been extremely polite and helpful and it’s a very nice area, I would recommend my people to move over there and it’s nice and peaceful.

I would recommend this community to any senior looking to live in an adult complex.
The community is clean quiet.the neighbors are very friendly and quiet place to live.I love it here.
I would recommend this apartment to others because it's not only a gated community it is also quiet and the residents are friendly and a lot of activities also.
This service request was very easy,battery for the smoke alarm. That service tech is friendly and knowledgeable. Also the other one last time.
I have a friend who lives in Primrose and her only complaint was the rent increased by $100 one year. For people on fixed income or making little money that would hinder their stay.
I like all the amenities here, its clean and quiet, neighbors are really friendly. Close to all types of stores. I am so happy to be living here. I love it.
I would recommend this to some of my friends and family as well they're maintained and they're very very quiet I really like living here
I want to be the first to let you know how much I have been enjoying living here at Primrose Oaks. I have lived here over 15years and hope to continue living here for years to come.
