The Navigator is a beautiful building with spaces to work away from home when you work from home. The staff are always willing to stop and assist. If there is an issue you will hear back within 24 hours if not sooner. They take each concern seriously and will partner with you to rectify it. I have only been here a couple of weeks but I really like it.

My experience at The Navigator has been amazing from the very beginning. When I first toured the apartment, the leasing staff, Falicite and Tiffanie, were both highly professional and took the time to answer all my questions. I primarily worked with Falicite throughout the leasing process and my move-in, and I must say she demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. The property itself is clean, modern, and offers a wide range of amenities for residents to enjoy. Overall, I’ve had a great experience and truly enjoy living at The Navigator!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Beautiful building, solid architecture, modern decor, amazing management staff (shout out to Felicite and Tiffanie!). They go over and beyond to solve all your housing problems and make you feel at home. They are always thinking of creative activities to make this building feel like a community and not just a place to stay. This includes community game nights, breakfast mornings etc. Maintenance is 100% on point as well- shout out to Eric who is always on time! This place has amazing amenities. The rates are super competitive! The decor of shared space and amenities such as a well equipped gym and two large size outdoor areas including a pool. You’ll love it here!
