The Murals of LynLake

It’s right on the Greenway with a lot of restaurants and things to do. Our apartment is very spacious with lots of natural light.

The staff is super helpful and friendly! Great amenities and location.

The square footage of these apartments are huge compared to other apartments in Mpls. I live on first floor with loft style ceilings too. So many great restaurants/activities to do in the area. The management staff is awesome! Shout out to Shannon & Hana! Love living here!

I have lived several places in Uptown and the Murals is by far my favorite. The building and units are well made and functional. Even stylish! The rare times I have needed maintenance, they were always quick and kind about all fixes. The most impressive part is the constant upgrades. Many buildings in Uptown just stay as they are because they know people will pay for location. In my 3 years at Murals, there has been new flooring, the building has been painted, new furniture in the community room, new shared computers, new fancy coffee machine, and more. I always feel like I am getting the value for my rent here.

Love living here. Right next to tons of restaurants and bars. Easy access to downtown and the lakes. Perfect for biking around on the greenway and surrounding bike paths.

It's a great building! The unit is nice & has a lot of space for the price. I love the location, and there is always guest parking on the street behind the building. The amenities are nice, right on the greenway, and an all around good vibe and nice place to live :)

We love living here! It's a great price and great location within walking distance to food, shopping, and Aldi. Even though it's right on Lyndale, it's incredibly quiet and we hardly hear neighbors or the busy street noise. Our unit has all the appliances we want/need and we've barely had any maintenance issues in the two years we've lived here. The management is great and very on top of things too! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

I would highly recommend living here. It is a more affordable apartment option in this area while still having a W/D in unit and decent sized square footage. I lived in an apartment overlooking the little courtyard and it was so pretty with the trees, and very quiet considering the location right on Lyndale. Also, noise from neighbors isn't too bad here. I have heard horror stories of super thin walls where you can hear everything through them but I didn't have that problem here at all. And the management here is very responsive to any concerns and are very easy to work with.

I moved into the Murals of Lynlake this past summer and I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The location is right next to the greenway and located within walking distance of many great restaurants and bars. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The price is very reasonable, especially when compared to surrounding apartment complexes. We absolutely love our two bedroom apartment. It’s very open with a beautiful view. I’ve lived in the Murals for a little over 3 years now and couldn’t imagine being in a different apartment complex. The location is close to great restaurants and bars, pricing can’t be beat and the staff are friendly, helpful and attentive.

I've lived in The Murals for over a year now and absolutely love it! The building is super clean and kept in great shape thanks to Steve. The Community Manager Michaela and Leasing Agent Cindy are both super duper nice and make ever interaction positive. The amenities are also great, my personal favorite is the community room complete with a pool table, fireplace, speakers, and tvs. It's the perfect hangout spot in winter. During summer, nothing beats grilling up on the rooftop with a view of downtown Minneapolis.

Quiet, friendly, safe building with professional and helpful staff and efficient maintenance. This apartment community distinguishes itself nicely from the others in the neighborhood.

My husband and I moved in with our cat and dog in December 2019, and we've said multiple times how lucky we are that we did. It's been awesome having so many awesome restaurants nearby, super easy access to the Greenway and bike rentals, and enough space for us to both work from home. They treat residents like humans and the gardens are such a nice feature. The amount of space you get for the rent is far better than nearby competitors we toured.

I've lived at the Murals for about 2 years, and it's been great. I would recommend it for anyone who wants to live in the LynLake Area. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed, and the staff are great. Everything is very convenient. In my opinion, it's better than other modern apartment complexes in the area because it's more chill. There isn't the obnoxious "Uptown Party Dude" environment here, just a diverse group of nice tenants. You can socialize with people if you like, or just do your own thing. If you're sensitive to street noise, you'd probably prefer an apartment on the east side (facing away from Lyndale). However, the apartments on the Lyndale side--especially on the higher floors--have great sunset views. So it's a trade-off in that respect. But wherever you are, the large windows let in plenty of natural light. The windows are pretty well-insulated too, so even in the coldest months my heating bill has remained reasonable. So, it's an artsy place, but also a very practical homebase if you want to live close to everything without all the hassles that commonly come from living uptown...
