We really enjoy the amenities offered here. New massage chairs and a new game room were a great addition. Only thing is I wish there were more gym equipments in the gym room/replace some older equipments.

There used to be Water Fountain in the front of 800 park avenue,Gave the building even more “CLASS”Now cars park on top of it..Different food trucks used too be in front of the building as well,Other than that,I love it here,Just have to keep the Rent from constantly going up????

Great staff in a modern building. The only reason not 5 stars is some of the residents just don't care about posted signs, policies or being courteous.

I feel I live in a nice and convenient neighborhood. Some of the old stuffs , Michelle and Elizabeth are amazing. The new concierges need an education. They are rude and not very knowledgeable. They don’t recognize the residence faces. Always at their phone. I asked about the events at the apartment, and about the valet parking, they don’t even try to check and just told me to ask to the leasing office or ask at the valet parking. It wasn’t like this before.

Good living space but overall in the market it is more expensive and the cost of living increases are rapidly increasing so it can get unsustainable

The view of Manhattan is amazing. Security is perfect. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to a supermarket along the river. I reported a problem with the facilities, but the response was slow. Traffic jam can be heavy at certain times. 4G works, but 5G is difficult to connect to (Wi-Fi works fine).

staffs are very professional and people are very friendly. I wish more gym guys zumba class. Once a month for the whole entire two building is really limited. It used to be 2 times a month at least as far as I remember and I dont now why it changed. Last year in May, there was a special event for kids which was kids story time and I realky enjoyed it! I hope we can have a story time event this year, too! I found some changed on the 5th amenity floor which was TV sounds. Instead of turning on TV all day long, I could hear some noce peaceful music and I love it! And I really enjoyed Bingo and movie night. Especially, Bingo night was so fun and a good chance to meet neighbors! Thank you!

Nice view from room. Clean room. There are a lot of food reastrants, cafes. It is convenient traffic to my company by car, and shuttle bus is convenient to go to NYC.

The staff here at the Modern are helpful and professional. Move in was quick and easy. We love the size and layout of apartment. The neighborhood is very safe and has lots of walkable options in terms of restaurants and personal services (hair/nail salon/fitness studios). Grocery is also walkable.

People here work so hard for the residents and so genuin. It is very clean and they send us emails about any updates or news so I can see what is really going on. I hope they have more gym guz classes so we can have a chance to get to know our neighbors and make friends through gym activities!

I tried out various amenities, such as table tennis, billiards, bowling, and the training gym, and they were all great. I also really like the view from the apartment window.
Everything very nice.but women's locker , most of them broken. Parking building is far for working and cold. There is open parking lot. Concierge people are very very nice.

It is especially exciting and relaxing to live here during the summer. The swimming pool is beautiful and safe for kids to play, since it is not too deep. The outdoor field is big enough to play soccer. I love playing bowling after a hard days work. Great community with so many friendly people.

Overall I’m loving the building location and amenities. I love the sauna and the gym! Although would love for the stair master to be repaired. Staff are friendly and responsive.

Awesome staff, great apartment! The move in process was very quick and leasing office staff was very kind and helpful. The apartment is also great with full height windows with spacious rooms and storage space

Living in modern makes me happy and special. Very friendly people whom I met everyday including workers and neighbors makes me smile. When I feel stressed, the sunset/sunrise from my home gives me a lot of peace and makes me clam. Everything maintained very well, lots of special events going on which i like it so much and can enjoy and make new neighborhood friends!

Very good building workers. The management team is very caring and attentative. Every issue I have gets resolved very swiftly and efficently. I wish they were more strict with the EV parking situation since people keep using without reservation

It has been an absolute pleasure living in The Modern 800. The staff is extremely professional and amazing. I love how well the property is maintained with some engineering exceptions in garage area (which cause cosmetic damage). The seasoning planting is a delight to see. Unfortunately, it is some inconsiderate residents that allow their pets urinate on the annuals as well as front entry sidewalk. Overall, the common areas and trash-rooms are cleaned regularly. The concierge’s are welcoming. The shuttle service is an added value. The drivers provide a safe and comfortable community too and from NJ/NYC. The Modern social events are well organized. These events offer a the opportunity to network with neighbors or a community space to enjoy refreshments with love ones outside of apartment. Living in the Modern is a great comparable value.

As a good looking, for my years, widow, with a loved fur child some handicaps, I did much searching, to see if Modern romaines the best life choice, for me. Definitely, I found it is the top of possibilities. Real estate agents could not show better, nor could my own search. The Modern offers close to as much amenities as a service hotel. Superbly kind management * Pepe’s Gold Coast offer types of help, including apartment safety cleaning, privately needed installation repairs much more. Also, the kind, diligent management team, our door people security guards help help more enabling all residents, including seniors handicapped, to b safe.
