From contacting for first time, to touring, explaining the details on amenities, leasing and moving in, Antoinette did an outstanding job, making the difference. Manager Ms. Blandon was helpful in helping us to move in during holidays. The front desk staff is very courteous. Milton gives a caring, reliable support for all residents and stands high in the apartments available around the area.

Antoinette is the best. She helped coordinate incredible resident events and made the resident experience 10/10. Highly recommend moving here.

The Milton Complex is extremely clean and well maintained. Amenities are thoughtful-I have utilized the printing services, gym, and even the lobby espresso machine (especially before my coffee maker came with my other belongings during my move). Concierge team is helpful, and package and door access is managed through apps. I love my apartment and the location, with easy access to metro. Overall, very please with my move in experience so far.

Love the amenities here! Got my first chance to really check out the rooftop lounge/patio. Felt like I was on vacation! After 5 days living here the concierge and leasing staff all know my dog's name and I've chatted with more residents than in 5 YEARS at my previous apartment.

Great location. Near the metro and mall. Plenty of restaurants, food delivery, and grocery stores nearby. Front desk and leasing office representatives are very nice. Spacious apartments.

Everyone in the Building is so warm!!! The officers are very good too. I love here and enjoy the warm vibe. Besides, the view from the building is also awesome

The building is absolutely beautiful, and well maintained. The concierges services are 2nd to none, and staff are so knowledgeable as well as kind. Convenience of location is a 10/10- the best Pentagon City has to offer. The parking garage is tight- so, if you have a larger car this may pose a challenge.

Everyone is very pleasant & the Milton really values their residents! Not to mention the building is beautiful - it is very well kept & clean. As a dog owner, I wish there was an easy to access dog park area.

Apartment is amazing! Location is iffy with Costco next to us. They abuse the parking spaces for temp parking/fill up the area. Staff is amazing. Maintenance is amazing. Price is a little high. Events could be better for what we pay/amenities. They promised us seats on the edge of the pool to sit in 1/2 water half not. And we have yet to receive them. And certain rules are obnoxious vs other bozzuto locations who are more flexible.

The concierge is fabulous! The building is always clean, accessible and well maintained. Any issues that I’ve had are always quickly addressed and resolved immediately.

Living at the Milton is amazing! It is the perfect location, they have the BEST concierge and the leasing office is very responsive. They host parties or events multiple times a month (even things like pizza for the super bowl). We love living hear, we don't want to move any time soon.

Move in was smooth and easy! Everyone was extremely nice and helpful for any problems that we had. Even days after the move in getting things delivered they helped the move in process along.

Great building, but some of the rules have changed from what was advertised when I initially leased it. Additionally, some of the finishes in the apartments are cheap and the walls are incredibly thin. You hear everything your neighbor does.

Amazing service: Shonna is kind, helpful, and very sweet. Antoinette is always making the best events to connect the neighbors and ensuring everyone feels welcome. Everyone's positive attitude makes The Milton a place to be happy to live in.

The Milton events are the best because they bring neighbors together to celebrate holidays and national days. A lot of planning goes into the events and it is appreciated.

The staff were not very friendly when organizing activities, but the front desk was very enthusiastic.There isn't as much activity in the apartment as before, and overall the repairs are fast and very clean.

This feels like a real community. We love here! Everyone is super nice and friendly. We just started living in here, so looking forward to joining all the fun activities!

Joining the Milton on my first week has been an amazing experience. It is a pet friendly community making my transition to VA so nice. The staff and the residents are very welcoming and friendly. Ben and Jordan have gone above and beyond to make me and my fur babies feel welcome!

This is a really nice apartment and lovely community! Everything is new and clean. I feel safe and comfortable living here. Interesting activities every month.

Having a great time here! The staff are all very helpful and very available for questions or even just concerns. The building is well kept, and spills or messes never stay for longer than a few hours.

Nice apartment with nice location and fair price. However, this apartment is not fully constructed, there always workers in the building to finish the remaining project. Also, the dryer always stop in the middle, the sink is too far away from the hearth, the bath water is not hot enough

The services we received from all staff have been stellar and helpful. The building and amenities are well maintained. Looking forward to more vegetables at the roof top garden. We are enjoying the stay and am excited going forward to enrich our experience at The Milton.

I would say overall it has been a good experience. They didn't seal the counters when first moved in which is a hassle. Also, the concierge can be gone at inconvenient times, I assume to do rounds but right after people get off work doesn't seem like a good time since people are getting loads of things delivered( like groceries and food). The move-in process was easy and I do like all the services. The maintenance people do act fast so you don't have to wait long. Most residents are nice or friendly enough, I've even made good friends here which is nice.

Whether it's a short walk to the Metro station for a seamless commute into D.C. or exploring the many restaurants, shops, and parks in the area, The Milton's location is a dream come true for anyone seeking convenience lifestyle.

The building definitely opened waaaay too early, but I think notable efforts are being made to get things together properly. I like living here a lot. Great staff and location.

Superfriendly staff!!..perfect location close to mall shops and restaurants. 2 minutes away from the metro station. Great neighbors and really quiet place to relax and enjoy all the amenities.

We are so happy at the Milton. We are given a luxury experience with a sense of community that truly feels like home. My family and dog love it here!

The community has been quite good overall. One small suggestion: the gym could really use a pair of collars to clip the plates on the barbell.

Staff is generally friendly but they are tardy on follow up on some issues. More attention is needed in keeping the general areas clean and tidy.

Move in was really nice, front desk was very helpful. They had good move in equipment. Getting a hold of staff via phone or email was difficult.

There is a lot of construction still going on in september, when the place was supposed to be move in ready by June for move in. Really friendly staff, gym and pool are both very small.

I’ve had an overall positive experience so far at the Milton. The apartment and amenities are nice, but the building seems like it isn’t quite finished. The power went out the other day (not the Milton’s fault) but the door to the garage is not on a backup generator so no cars could leave or come in. The garage could also use some mirrors due to a lot of blind corners that are a little tight. They seem to be slowly figuring out how to run things a little better such as the package room which was a mess for a long time. Overall it is a little unfortunate to be paying a premium to live in an unfinished building but once they figure it out it will be a great place to live

We love living here! Apartments are extremely nice, everyone living here and working here as well. They really appreciate their residents and go out of the way to make them feel comfortable.

Great rooftop amenities, pool, gym, and hospitality staff. Events have been fun. Building is new and clean. Well designed exterior prevents heating the city noise. Concierge is friendly and helpful. Multiple dog parks nearby.

Kelly was great! Had a good and smooth experience leading the apartment. Unit is in good condition and we are excited to live here. Definitely recommend
