Love the staff at the leasing office. They walked through everything with me day one of move in and made it as convenient as possible. I also appreciate the kind move in letter and gift waiting in my unit!
This is such a great location! Everyone at the front desk is so helpful. Probably some of the maintenance teams I’ve ever seen they get back to you ASAP. The only thing that bothers me a little bit is how thin the floors are. I constantly hear my upstairs neighbors walking. Overall a good experience!
The community is friendly and well kept. I like the area, many nearby stores, etc. we have renewed our lease a few times now and are happy with the choice.
Its been a good experience so far. the water’s hot and the AC works. Close to stuff, no complaints, amenities are nice, gym is nice, trying to get the points
The Millennium is a great place to live. The amenities are wonderfully maintained and whenever there has been an inconvenience, the maintenance staff or office staff have been quick to make it right.
So far so good. Move in was smooth. Apartment is in great condition. Lillie has been very helpful with all my questions. I would only recommend confirming with the leasing office if the room you are trying to rent is fully upgraded because there were minor differences between the one I was shown and the one I am currently in.
The apartment was very clean prior to moving in. It appeared as though it was freshly painted. The landscaping around the apartments is quite beautiful.
just moved in this weekend i love the area its very quite but also a lot of young people my age the mall is right next to my apt i can walk over whenever i want so far so good!
Going on a year living at Millennium, still have only good things to say! They have super cool monthly events and food trucks you can’t miss!
Love the location. Would like to see management invest more to improve our apartments (such as pressure washing patios/balcony's) and provide tech bundles, versus charging high "amenity" fees for amenities that not all of us even use OR that should already be part of our rent (ie pool and gym). Fees have gotten out of control.
This is a great location in the heart of Westshore. Although I work in St Pete it is an easy a quick commute due to the access to I275. I would recommend checking out if you want an urban area near a good nightlife and plenty of restaurants.
Facilities and Staff have been Great !! Location is convenient. Grounds are well maintained. Service, Repairs have been timely, efficent and well coordinated. New ideas and innovations seem to be on point. Life Is Good...

My experience at the Millenniumnis still as pleasant as ever. Recently, I've really enjoyed the kitchen island and big counter space as I cook a lot. There is also a lot of storage in the apartment. All my friends coming over are always pleasantly surprised by the size of the master's bathroom.

Arbitrary fees. Nickle and diming you for everything including separate fees for the amenities. Look somewhere else.
Management and maintenance staff are great and responsive. Pool, grill, gym and lounge are very well maintained. My floor and stair access ?? of the time smells like dog pee. I think staff and maintenance attempt their best to manage this but ultimately it’s horrible tenants that allow their pets to constantly do this. I dread walking out the door or down the stairs. I even use a different stair access now to avoid this.

Easy application and move-in process. Clean living space. Maintenance requests promptly met. There is an $85 monthly charge for amenities, which besides valet trash, I'm not sure what it goes to. And walls / ceilings can be thin, i.e. you can hear neighbors stomping above. I moved from USF area so anything was not going to be difficult to call new apartment an upgrade.

Rate increase seems a bit much this time around given the market for rentals in Tampa. I know a lot of property managers who say they are struggling to rent units. For those of us who have been long-term renters in the building it seems a bit much. Now an $85 monthly fee on top of pet fees, rent and storage fees to cover Yoga and movie theater, pest control, grounds and trash? We already have to pay to use the statement system, that makes issuing statements a convenience to the property but we have to foot the bill.

Best value luxury apartment for 3 bedroom! Love the amenities and they are always making improvements. Just added new equipment to the gym & made theater tech easier to use. Floors are thin, so if you’re bothered by noise easily, live on the top floor. Bedrooms and closets are huge! Maintenance responds in less than 24 hrs every time. We’ll be renewing :)

I have been living at the Millennium Westshore for 6 months and I can not recommend enough this complex. The management team takes great care constantly updating the complex frequently. The common parts are always clean and smell good. I'm 100% satisfied with the apartment and the maintenance.
Everything with move-in has gone smoothly and it is so nice and quiet here! Front office are helpful and I am so thankful for an active community to live in.

I’ve been living in this apartment for a a couple years now, and I have to say I’m really impressed by the overall experience. The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained, with modern finishes and plenty of natural light. The floor plan is open, making it feel even bigger than it is. The kitchen is fully equipped, with new appliances that work like a charm.

Love living here. Moved in in July and have had nothing but a good experience. Maintenance is quick and the office is super communicative. Great gym and pool amenities.

Very clean and nice. Great garage space it’s very convenient. We just moved here so we are still trying to get adjusted to the area and everything what this place has to offer so far no complaints we love that everything is so clean

This apartment complex has all the best amenities along with a premier location right close to Midtown! Definitely recommend staying here. Restaurants, multiple malls and grocery stores. Everything you need conveniently located within a 5 mile radius.

I had an easy move in and appreciated the communication from Julio and Carmela throughout the process. They made my life a lot easier and were very helpful. We have noticed and addressed some issues with the apartment and can only hope they do not continue. For now, the move in was smooth. Neighbors have been noisy at times.

Lived here 3 years, continue to love. However, don’t like that the management has discontinued doing fun events. Just boring, lack luster food trucks. Bring back movie nights, offer brunch, meet your neighbor mixers, offer classes etc

We currently have weekly yoga classes that we encourage you to attend! Our recent events have included things like our Summer Pool Party, Jaws Movie Night by the pool, Bingo in the Resident Lounge, and our successful Trucks and Tunes event that involved 3 different food trucks and live music which created the perfect atmosphere to get to know your neighbors in the community! I absolutely love it here! Just moved in a few months ago, I rarely ever have problems and when I’d do they get fixed immediately! I love all the of the staff and how much they do for the community! I love how pet friendly they are my pup has made so many friends and so have I!

Our apartment is nice inside but rent it way too high for overall quality. We have been here since 2020 and this is the first time I have heard my neighbors under us and beside us. The weed smell is coming into our laundry and pantry and only getting worse since we complained to management.

We just moved in 2 weeks ago and we love it so far. The reason I only give 4 stars is because one thing that I don’t like is that the apartment don't get much sun light so it’s kinda dark in here. Oh and maintenance is very quick to fix things when there is something damaged I like that a lot.

Experience has been great so far. We love the facilities here - especially the pool and gym areas! The maintenance is fantastic. They even replace the grill foil, clean the grill bars, and supply propane! We take advantage of all of the possible amenities. The one down side of living on the bottom floor is by the dog park the hallways do often smell of pee and have stains.

Nice dog park and maintenance guys. Elevators working on and off and “Fetch” seems to be an amenity for packages but you have to pay for it. It’s a pain if you need quick delivery.

Three months in and I am still extremely satisfied living at the Millennium. The leasing center team is quick to answer any questions, the maintenance team is always helpful. My fiance and I have enjoyed the monthly food trucks multiple times outside of the complex, as well as the community monthly event. I highly recommend the Millennium Westshore!
