After living in various places across Texas, I stumbled upon The Millennium Six Pines four years ago, and it's been nothing short of a homecoming ever since. We liked our apartment and the staff but security is a major problem. We had two sets of bicycles stolen that were locked. The complex is lacking security cameras to make the place safe. The facility advertises as a smoke free complex and you sign a contract stating you won't smoke. We had a constant problem with people smoking on their balcony or even at the pool. I was also amazed at the amount of corporate or sub leased units, this makes for people coming in who don't care about the place.

Amenities are constantly shut down. There's construction. The staff is shared by 3 apartment complexes. You will find cockroaches the size of your hand. They are in a good location and that is literally IT. That's all. Much better and more price competitive places within a five minute uber. Don't let a 5 minute uber scare you enough to live here.
I lived at The Millennium Six Pines for 2.5 years and loved every minute of it. If I ever had a question or issue, the staff was always quick to respond and extremely helpful. The amenities are top-notch and the building was always well-maintained. After taking a new job, I decided it was time to move to be closer to work. I had experienced nothing but positive things with The Millennium staff, so I elected to move to another Millennium property in Houston. While filling out my move-out contract, I mistakenly wrote down an April move out date instead of my desired March move out date, which led me to being charged for an extra month of rent even though I was entirely moved out. Even though I was entirely in the wrong and it was written down in ink, The Millennium Six Pines staff still agreed to refund me for the month that I had been charged!! As a resident still in The Millennium system, it is great to know that the staff actually cares about residents and is not just driven by money. Highly recommended!!!

These apartments may look pretty but the construction is horrible. I have only lived here for a few months and there was a large water leak that ruined the entire 1st and 2nd floors. The construction is never ending and the amenities either don't work or are only open during office hours which is very inconvenient for the residents. The staff is snobbish and they made no concessions for all the dust, construction and limited availability of clubhouse. Be sure you don't have to break your lease as the fees are 2 months rent, payback of any concessions and any other fee they can get away with charging you for. If you do move here, do not choose one of the apartments that face Woodlands Parkway as the noise is ridiculously LOUD! My final advice, move somewhere else!
