cute units in a not so cute building
Honestly, this unit is quite alright, it could have a few more upgrades than It did, the building itself could use a new paint color, and the inside hallways could use new carpet because its kind of dated, however it does seem that they remodel a little when people move out which is great, I came into my unit 2 and a half years ago and it is cute, only thing I didn't love is my counter tops are older looking, everything else is updated even if it is cheaply. I also wish they didn't charge extra for a garage, especially since it is shared with another tenant. overall, I'd say its an average apartment at a pretty average price, you get what you pay for and I think its alright for me.
