The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The Mark at Dulles Station
I have lived at “The Mark” since August. So far I do enjoy the apartment and the area but I would disagree with calling these apartments “luxury”. I think “premium” would be a better word for it: Pros: -The “utilities” package really is a game changer at least for me if I ever decide to move to another community. The fact that a small $175.00 fee gets you cable, high speed internet, parking, gas etc. Makes budgeting for these things quite simple. - Two restaurants are on site and one of them is a Vietnamese restaurant and bar which serves yummy food. -The fact that it’s at the Innovation Station Metro Statiom is a great selling point! -The apartments are spacious, tall ceilings and the soaking tubs are a really nice touch. -the community is kept clean, and is really a beautiful apartment building! Cons: 90% of the amenities they claim they offer on this page, they don’t. There is no office center, their is no breakfast or once a month events with food as they advertise. They do have a coffee station but it is broken. -The garage door is broken which we are told by management that it will be fixed “in two weeks” but that time never comes. -While not the community’s fault themselves, the construction going on around the apartments is a nightmare and makes leaving in the morning borderlines unbearable. All and all, the apartments are nice. But, to keep people here they will have to seriously step up its game. Three more apartment communities are springing up right in the same sub division, not to mention the three other apartments already here. The other three all seem to have features and amenities that truly make it luxury. I would like to see an Amazon hub locker (which could easily go in one of the outside corridors if not inside), a re-imagined gym and residence lounge with perhaps some more up scale equipment and more events can help make it more of a luxury place or even a couple of EV chargers free for the residents. Most people say living in a luxury apartment is like living in a resort with all the features. This just feels like you are living in a great apartment with mediocre features.
