I really love living at The Margaret. The location is great, the staff is super friendly, and the amenities are excellent. Overall, I don’t have complaints, but the one issue that keeps me from giving a 5/5 rating is the guest parking situation. It’s always a challenge to find available spaces, and with new buildings going up, an already limited number of guest spots has been reduced even further. My top suggestion to make this a perfect experience would be to significantly expand guest parking availability.

I really enjoy living here. The staff is excellent and very responsive, the grounds are always neat, and the amenities are nice. The only issue I have is the lack of parking, considering the number of folks who live here.

Horrible value for the massively overpriced accommodations. Significant improvement needed across all levels including amenities, cleanliness, urgency and availability of maintenance. Would not recommend.

Location and staff are number one. Very safe, love the garage, easy access, nice neighbors, highly recommended, decent price, rent didn't increase, nice views, great pool and club room, beautiful weight exercise room.

Coffee bar makes my day!!!! I love the rooftop pool and all of the outdoorsy City type of energy. I used to live across the bridge at Cypress and it feels the same but completely different on this end of the bridge. I love Trinity groves but I just love my new scenery around here. The pretty green grass under the bridge, the bike room, the gym, are just a few of all that is worth it here. Most of all ....is how awesome, unique and refreshing all the happy people are that I pass by day-to-day. "Shout out to Crystal", she's always been very helpful and consistent and she's the one you can go to to get the answer quickly. I also love the maintenance guys and the people that work hard to keep the hallways clean and all the grounds looking so pretty with the planters, the flowers and so many more little details that matter!!!!

I really like the units here—super cute and comfortable, even if not quite “luxury.” It’s been a great fit for me so far. My only feedback is that I wish there was more maintenance around the property, like cleaning the hallways and parking lots. Adding trash cans at each entryway would also help keep things tidy since there aren’t any right now and some tenants end up littering. It’s still a newer building, so I’m keeping an open mind, but overall my experience has been pretty okay.

Apartment is fantastic, location is great. Guest parking is lacking and the towing policy is crazy. Good place to live if you don't have family or friends that want to visit.

The community is amazing. The staff is wonderful. I love the amenities, the pool, and the working spaces. The gym is amazing and spacious as well.
Nice place, maintenance comes in an efficient timeframe. Sometimes finding a parking spot gets hard. The walls in the apartment are thin and I could hear my neighbors alarms and moving furniture.
10/10! This is a very clean apartment building, I feel very safe with the security of the garage and needing a fob to be able to access buildings and certain floors. Great staff great amenities.

It’s been amazing! Maintenance has been great and quick to respond. The front desk concierge has been extremely helpful and patient! She’s always been there to answer questions and is even patient when she has to repeat herself. The management office has been resources full and has helped to troubleshoot issues as well!

It’s nice and quiet and I’m loving it thus far! Just having trouble finding the trash bins. I can see the huge ones in the front and can smell trash as I walk to the garage but the map isn’t clear on where exactly. I’ll just have to call and find out.

The leasing team/concierge is great! They care about the residents 100% and you can tell that by how they treat you when you come into the office. I can’t say enough about the maintenance staff though. They are always friendly and professional. They get issues taken care of quickly. This complex is always so clean and very well taken care of. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking. It’s hard to come by such a great team who cares about the residents and the complex itself. They are what makes this complex so great. Thank you!!
I had a temporary place to stay so I could do very thorough research to decide where to rent. I narrowed down to 8 places that I visited. The Margaret checked all the boxes and beyond. After confirming the rental rates were very competitive as well as a good value, I was won over with the amenities, some of those most important too me included: new buildings, attached parking garage to park on your floor, rooftop pool, gym, and the best staff I've ever met. I will be renewing my lease this month because I already know I won't find a better place.
I am elated with my home! The services and amenities they offer are beyond excellent! The place is impeccable from the hallways to the pool to the office, all are very inviting. They recently began using DNA technology for lessees animals to determine who are violators of the "CURB YOUR DOG" regulations about cleaning up your poo after your dog. This is a great step toward a healthy living atmosphere. The building is smoke free which as a lung cancer survivor is very important to me. The staff are the most friendly of any place that I have ever lived. The staff from office staff to the maintenance staff are friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend the Margaret for anyone who loves perfection from the apartment I am in and beyond!!!!!!
I Loooove my home & community. Living here is literally 5 stars! Even when things aren’t fully up to par, once brought to their attention, my issue is always immediately resolved.
Poor maintenance on the fourth floor trash room. Roaches and various other insects have been found inside the fourth floor trash room and package room. Circulation in the hallway on the fourth floor is poor, often smelling of trash. Community areas in the apartments are noisy, echoing and reverberating even simple conversations. Tenants that do not respect quiet hours, often screaming and shouting past midnight.
I've been here for almost one month now. So far, so good. Looking forward to watching the fireworks this upcoming month for the Fourth of July from the rooftop pool.

They have a lot to work on but the top 3 are the package room, the convenience and accessibility to the building, and guest parking. This community is too new to be lacking the most important assets in apartment living. Lastly, there is inly one pool for two buildings and that’s a disgrace especially during the busy summer months.
I really loved these apartments. The location was convenient, the staff was always great, it felt safe and comfortable, and since the beginning there was a great sense of community.

I am not as much of a fan as i was when I first moved in. The office staff changes often. They enforce new rules every week. It feels like living in a summer camp. The building even feels like it’s shifting and they don’t care

My one complaint is visitor parking! Lack of it. I love it here overall. I like the sky lounge and i love the gym. Everything here is clean and my apartment is lovely.

Nice and clean place. Beautiful gym with a lot of space and good equipment. However you can hear a lot of noise coming from the floors above. Something to add is that all the buildings should have a package room, is hard to carry heavy packages from one building to another.

Keith and Derrick do a nice job! Roberto, maintenance is prompt and helpful. Upstairs stomping is far less now. Neighbors are nice. Lease rules are not always complied. Sponsored activities are fun. Like my studio apt. Overall am a satisfied and pleased resident.

Everything is good except for the public washer/dryer. The dryer tore up one of my shirts. people need to learn how to properly rack weights in the gym.

So far, so good. Maintenance is very responsive. Front office to this point is very helpful. Hallways are clean and the amenities are well kept.

The place is beautiful and people in the leasing office are very kind. I’ve not moved in the apartment. I just would like to write about my experience related to the application process as a non US citizen. I can’t thank Tyler enough. He helped me with the process so many times, on the phone and in person. The process was very smooth thanks to him. My English is not that good and I cannot speak fluently (you may find some grammar errors in the sentences). He was very patient and kindly talked with me speaking slowly. I cannot wait to move in this apartment.

Nice place. Horrible experience. The complex isn’t very occupied, and you sense the rush to acquire tenants. On our move-in day, we didn’t receive both sets of keys (or three total sets to match the number of people on the lease - we were charged for the third set). We voiced our want for an in-unit washer and dryer - missing. We registered our vehicles with the apartment but had to request garage access for weeks. When we did get access, we were billed for garage openers. We just learned the pool requires wristbands, and our mailbox is not the address listed on Google. My car was towed today because there’s a second registration that we should’ve received an email about. I was told to pay out of pocket. At this point, we’re strongly considering involving our attorney and finding a more competently managed place. There are plenty. Update: My car is damaged.

Great place at the moment. Gym is nice and huge. Some areas can be clean and receive attention. Coffee is great. there is construction at the moment which is limiting visitor parking, so its an issue. Washer and dryer can be heard and can shake other tenants furniture.
