I love living here. The residents are all so friendly. The location is perfect and the office staff are friendly, helpful and accomodating.
Overall it’s been a hit and a miss. There are things I wish would change. They made some of the things difficult to use. Also they’re on top of things but at the same time they are not.
Great place & great location. The amenities are awesome & i enjoy the clubhouse & pool. Always different events as well going on in the community

My one complaint is visitor parking! Lack of it. I love it here overall. I like the sky lounge and i love the gym. Everything here is clean and my apartment is lovely.

Nice and clean place. Beautiful gym with a lot of space and good equipment. However you can hear a lot of noise coming from the floors above. Something to add is that all the buildings should have a package room, is hard to carry heavy packages from one building to another.

Keith and Derrick do a nice job! Roberto, maintenance is prompt and helpful. Upstairs stomping is far less now. Neighbors are nice. Lease rules are not always complied. Sponsored activities are fun. Like my studio apt. Overall am a satisfied and pleased resident.

Everything is good except for the public washer/dryer. The dryer tore up one of my shirts. people need to learn how to properly rack weights in the gym.

So far, so good. Maintenance is very responsive. Front office to this point is very helpful. Hallways are clean and the amenities are well kept.

The place is beautiful and people in the leasing office are very kind. I’ve not moved in the apartment. I just would like to write about my experience related to the application process as a non US citizen. I can’t thank Tyler enough. He helped me with the process so many times, on the phone and in person. The process was very smooth thanks to him. My English is not that good and I cannot speak fluently (you may find some grammar errors in the sentences). He was very patient and kindly talked with me speaking slowly. I cannot wait to move in this apartment.

Great management, great units, great amenities, kind of a loud. Use discretion when picking a unit (i.e. try to stay away from highway, Riverfront, and any ongoing construction)

Nice place. Horrible experience. The complex isn’t very occupied, and you sense the rush to acquire tenants. On our move-in day, we didn’t receive both sets of keys (or three total sets to match the number of people on the lease - we were charged for the third set). We voiced our want for an in-unit washer and dryer - missing. We registered our vehicles with the apartment but had to request garage access for weeks. When we did get access, we were billed for garage openers. We just learned the pool requires wristbands, and our mailbox is not the address listed on Google. My car was towed today because there’s a second registration that we should’ve received an email about. I was told to pay out of pocket. At this point, we’re strongly considering involving our attorney and finding a more competently managed place. There are plenty. Update: My car is damaged.

Great place at the moment. Gym is nice and huge. Some areas can be clean and receive attention. Coffee is great. there is construction at the moment which is limiting visitor parking, so its an issue. Washer and dryer can be heard and can shake other tenants furniture.

So far so good! Loving the sky lounge. Just one slight issue! A ring sound goes off at random times of the day and night not sure what it is but other than that. No problems here.

Loving my first week here! The view is amazing, the gym is top-notch, and the layout is perfect. Huge thanks to Samantha for her patience during the whole process.
The accommodations and the staff are awesome, very attentive to my special needs. The property is beautiful except where some residents drive on the grass area to go to their apartments on the side of the building along the highway to unload their groceries, and the cut through that is used from under the highway near the dog park. This should be barricaded as it is unsightly damage. Other than that the staff and location are both awesome.

Amenities are incredible (can’t wait for summer so that I can hang out in the Sky Lounge) and staff is very friendly. The Margaret app is also very helpful, though the delivery options for food are a bit limited. Just moved in a few days ago so my opinion will change as time goes on, but so far I’ve been enjoying my time!

came into moving into The Margret with low expectations because I rented it sight unseen but the place turned out nice. Even the move in was easy. The process was a little off and slow but once approved it’s was easy. I thought the place would be where I stayed for some time. Unfortunately no, I can’t get into specifics but things turned very left. People make decisions based on reviews. I had my original one removed due to legal reasons. I can’t say everything, but I will say this place has cost me way more in more ways than one since my exit. I regret choosing this apartment, deeply.

So far so good, lovely experience. I wish I would have been offered a tour of the facility. I signed a lease through an apartment locator and when I arrived I wasn’t offered a tour.

Mostly everything is great. My only complaint is the noise I hear. The ceiling is not very soundproof and I can hear every footstep from my upstairs neighbor. Also, my windows are not made very well as I can see a little gap where the outside wind comes through and I can also hear a lot more noise because of the little gap in both windows. It’s like they never completely close.

There are no trash cans for the dog bags anywhere or doggie bag stations, there is a lot of people not picking up and bring dog poop bags back into your apartment is not sanitary. The parking situation is horrible. The mailing/ food delivery situation is also terrible as well (Amazon and uber eats), the mail room needs a code instead of a key fob and in the 2nd building the package room is just open so anyone can take the packages. Also trash valet would be much appreciated for how much these apartments are. Other than that it has potential to be an amazing place to live.

I really love living here! Nice and clean residents are cool and we have the best view in the city!!! I love living here always pleasant surprises around the corner they feed us on every little cute occasion and it just feels like home 10/10 recommend!!!

Bathroom and closets are on the smaller, other than that it’s all good. Wished they had individual lockers for packages. Building is new so everything still has that newness to it. Pool has amazing views of downtown as well.
