The Magwood is a great place to call home. We have enjoyed our first month here and really don’t have a single complaint. Comfortable, quiet, spacious apartment in a well maintained community with lots of amenities in a beautiful part of town.

The Magwood is an excellent place to live. They have great amenities and staff, and their floor plans are spacious and offer a lot for the price, which while expensive in my experience in Boulder offers a lot more in return than other complexes. A good spot for both students and professionals, its quiet, private, and sits right next to bike trails, a shopping center and bus stops, although depending on where you’re headed you may need to make a transfer. In all, great place!!

A very pleasant place to live. Lots of amenities and a near perfect location—away from traffic and still very close to both downtown Boulder and to Niwot and places north. Doesn’t hurt that is has a multi-use trail running through it.

These units were renovated as cheaply as possible with band-aid fixes to problems all over the place. We have submitted 8 work orders in 6 months living here. If it wasnt for the responsive and helpful maintenance staff, we probably wouldve already moved out.

Pluses: - new kitchen appliances. - quiet neighborhood. - good location near stores and trails. Minuses: - in winter, when the heater is turned on at 72 degrees, not the whole apartment warms up, one bedroom and the bathroom absolutely do not warm up in them, the temperature is 63-65 degrees. you have to additionally include a portable heater, and this is an extra cost. Plus blowing from everywhere: Pluses: - new kitchen appliances. - quiet neighborhood. - good location near stores and trails. Several times we asked to insulate, they came, did something, but still the gaps remained. - poor sound insulation. - Cheap renovation. - Swimming pool doesn’t work very often (we pay for that every month). - steal parcels. - trash bags can lie under the windows for days until you throw them out yourself. Sorry for my English, I still learning.

I love living at Magwood. The apartments are tastefully remodeled with new appliances, super nice hardware and neutral colors so you get a blank canvas for however you want your home to feel. It's the perfect mix of cozy and chic. They're spacious living areas with plenty of storage, and love that my pets are welcome here. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful too, and made me feel at home right away.

The Magwood is a great place to live. It has great full-featured apartments, amenities (year-round heated pool, hot-tub, gym, gas grills), a beautiful location near stores/trails, and has an attractive fun community.

They have been charging folks $150 late fee after three days. And if you don’t pay the whole rent fee at that moment(150 included), then They charge 10 dollars per day on top of the $150 late fee. Even during COVID times. As we all are dealing with losing jobs and not being able to work full time. They at first didn’t charge late fees. But they started about three months ago cold Turkey. And they don’t have any other way to help you if you don’t have the money you just keep getting your bill piled on. So don’t come here unless you have a great paying job during COVID. Because they don’t care. Even if your unemployment goes foul too. All they care about is money. They told me it is a business and they have to do their job by charging you. Crazy you start a business to help people live easier yet you make it harder for them. Smh. Never vouching for this place again. Save yourself

Weve only been here a few days but the whole experience of leasing the apartment and moving in has been great. The staff have been very friendly and welcoming. The amenities are wonderful and we look forward to a long happy stay here.

We have enjoyed our life at The Boulders because of the friendly and efficient management and maintenance. They care about us! The apartment layout suites our needs very well. We do not have dogs but our 5 year old daughter and us love to pet them and talk to their owners.
Excellent location, pet and children friendly, great amenities, and the trail that runs through the property sold it for us! Love our new home!!
We have only been here a short time, but so far we like it a lot. We look forward to having free use of the amenities, when the virus subsided!

We love living at the Boulders. The apartments are well maintained, clean, and are very comfortable. We are fortunate to have spectacular views of the mountains, and the balconies are lovely. Our only word of caution is that the B2A floorplan has a tiny kitchen. Community - The grounds are beautiful (stunning fall colors on each tree), the residents are friendly, and there are lots of amenities (pool, hot tub, yoga studio, gym, BBQ patio). The community is pet friendly, complete with a dog park. Most weeks, a food truck stops at the complex - which is especially nice given that other types of events are essentially impossible with COVID. Staff - Through the entire apartment search and leasing process, Erin and Lesley were incredibly helpful, patient, and accommodating. They continue to be extremely responsive to all our questions. Maintenance is also extremely responsive, and all of our (minor) issues have been dealt with promptly and without hassle. Overall, we definitely feel like we found our home here. We feel lucky to be in such a beautiful apartment in such a lovely community.

The Boulders is a great apartment complex will large well designed units! The staff is extremely helpful and responsive and made moving in a breeze. Highly recommend checking them out!
Having just graduated college, I was looking for somewhere that was away from campus, quiet, and friendly. I found The Boulders, which has all the amenities I was looking for, is extremely dog friendly, and a beautiful community. Overall, one month into my lease, I am very pleased with everything.
The Boulders is a lovely place to stay. The location, amenities and staff are fabulous. We highly recommend living here.

We have enjoyed living at the Boulders! Rent is reasonable for the area. Floor plans are spacious, our dog LOVES the dog park, it's right off the creek path, and it's walking distance from the grocery store and several good restaurants.
We have been here just over six months and have loved every minute of it - great location, wonderful staff and great amenities. We were former home owners in the MidWest and feel like we are constantly on vacation in our new home.
Quiet complex, on the north end of Boulder. Biggest bummer is that the units don't get much natural lighting, and that interiors are a bit dated. Quick access to major routes in and out of town. Good property manager though, had a plumbing issue and had someone out to take care of things within the hour! Better than anything else you get in Boulder.
Recently moved to Boulder and really love the Aspen Grove condos. The inside of our unit is lovely - hardwood floors, multiple windows, fire place, plus a balcony. The grounds are also really great - tons of trees, a dog park, a multi use trail runs through it, and a huge lap swimming pool sauna! It's quiet and friendly, and you can walk and bike to so many places, it's a great location!
