Conroe is located in Montgomery County just north of Houston. Since Interstate 45 travels through Conroe and leads into Houston’s business district, residents prefer living in this suburban neighborhood and commuting to work.
It’s no secret that the cost of living in Conroe is lower than Houston. The city is attractive to many renters because of the reasonable commute times, and it’s only a seven-mile drive to Lake Conroe, a popular outdoor recreational area.
There’s a lot going on in the city – you just have to know where to look. Locals enjoy exploring the Sam Houston National Forest, which covers 163,000 acres of land and is the perfect place for camping or a scenic hike. After a lovely dinner at Red Brick Tavern, locals look forward to a musical at the Crighton Theatre on North Main Street. The Heritage Museum of Montgomery County is a great place to go and learn about the city’s evolution through the decades – and it is right next to Candy Cane Park.

The management here is awesome. Crystal and Delaney have always been there to help and answer our questions. We love it here and intend on making this our home for a while.
Every problem I’ve had, staff has taken care of it very quickly. I love it here! The maintenance crew is the best! The neighbors are amazing and so many things are nearby.
Love the apartment and style, but need better maintenance and cleaning of amenities. Other than that I have no complaints about anything else

In general, everything is fine. Good place, safe and comfortable. Neighbors are not very tolerant of children, not all but it's a big problem. Otherwise it's a good place to live

The complex is clean and beautiful. I definitely enjoy this place. Overall is great! Neighbors and kids being loud outside of building 1 past 11pm is frustrating and the only issue i have had.

The Madison at City Place overall is an awesome apartment community. The amenities available enhance the enjoyment of living here. We love the 24/7 gym, the beautiful pool, and the courtyard with firepit and Adirondack chairs. The management team is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The maintenance crew is super prompt and friendly. We also love that this place is pet-friendly. Our only negative feedback is that the electronic entrance gate is sometimes broken, and it's the only entrance to the community. It would be nice to have the second gate available to use, instead of being constantly chained. Overall, we're very happy living here.
The Madison at City Place has been a beautiful place to live. I have loved the multiple amenities and the ideal location. It has been quiet and enjoyable.

Excellent place to live- Office crew is very nice and kind. The property is always well kept. This is my peaceful place, no loud neighbors or hollowing dogs barking. At night the property is well lit. I would definitely refer a friend.

My husband and I recently moved in, and we couldn’t be happier! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained, which makes it such a peaceful place to live. One of our favorite features is the gym — it’s well-equipped, never too crowded, and perfect for our daily workouts. We also absolutely love the pool! It’s a great spot to relax on the weekends or unwind after work, and it really gives the whole place a resort-like feel. I enjoy the community, there is plenty of parking. I use the gym regularly and enjoy the treadmills and weight machines. I use my balcony every morning and enjoy cooking in my large kitchen with modern features.

The apartments, amenities, and clubhouse/pool are great. My one complaint is the frequency at which the dumpster is emptied. The dumpster is consistently packed and remains that way for the better part of the week. Would be nice to see that be emptied more frequently.

I love the facilities and my unit. Everything was very clean upon move-in. Parking is very easy and there is plenty of it. Bathrooms with two sinks are also very nice, especially if you need a share one.

Good and safe place to live and enjoy with kids and pets, The only problem I see is that you can hear the neighbors on the other floors a lot.

I have been living here for about 8 months and honestly it’s been great. Move in was easy. Everyone in the leasing office and maintenance is so kind and helpful. Whenever I have put in a service request it has been quickly addressed. I would say I feel quite safe because of the gate system and the door system in place. The amenities are amazing. The pool is so beautiful. The complex is well maintained with pretty flowers and green grass. I would definitely recommend living here.

I highly recommend The Madison at Coty Place. I just renewed my lease after being at this property for almost a year. It has great amenities and great staff. My unit actually features a fenced yard, which allows me to garden and easily let my dogs outside. I would definitely suggest The Madison at City Place to anyone looking for a new home!

Few problems within the community, great dog neighbors and pup friends. Parking can be complicated due to people being friends and family over and not much available parking for those guests and the resident’s.

Best complex I’ve lived in yet! The complex is very clean and the amenities are so much fun. I wish I moved in sooner! The maintenance crew is very fast to respond and do a great job.

Quiet comunity, love the amenities the staff is super friendly, the gym is super equipped and the lobby is like a fancy hotel my fam and friends live to have fun there

Overall nice, minor issues such as not enough dumpsters or trash days to accommodate all residents. We wish both gates were operational. All maintenance requests are addressed quickly.

Don’t move here unless you want people to park in your spot that you pay extra for and if you want to come home to your apartment smelling like weed from the neighbors. Also, the after-hours emergency phone number will not be answered.

Great Customer Service and Kindness. I walked in to look at an apartment and an hour later walked out approved with a move in date. The process was seamless, and the staff was extremely helpful.

Apartments are nice & I like being close to the freeway. The amenities here are nice but need more upkeep. Our unit has had a fair share of issues but maintenance is great at getting things fixed.

When I toured here, I had a bad feeling I should have listened to. These apartments are cheaply made and overpriced. When I moved in to a brand new apartment, first person living there, there was still construction mess due to an office staff not getting my move in date correct. There were ants, which I forgave because it was the middle of summer and we live in Texas. The flooring is cheap and uneven. I am not exaggerating when I say I have literally had an issue with every single appliance in this apartment. The shower drains are tiny, and it clogs every other shower. The fridge simply did not work for THREE MONTHS when I moved in (the fridge that was supposedly brand new) and I seemed to be the only person concerned. There has never been hot water in the kitchen, meaning I have to boil water every time I want to do dishes. The washer sometimes decides to not turn on for a few days. I regret moving here and am leaving as soon as my lease ends.

I’ve been living here for almost a year now and have had no problems. Maintenance is always quick and efficient and management is great! Definitely recommend for young couples, there are plenty of things to do here!
