We recently moved into Madison at City Place in Conroe, and we couldn’t be happier! Crystal and her team have been absolutely amazing from day one. We had sold our home and were in a tough spot with nowhere to go for about 10 days — but to our surprise, Crystal reached out and let us know that an apartment was available much sooner, on October 22nd. What a lifesaver! It’s only day two in our new home, but we already love it. The apartment is beautiful, well-maintained, and the entire community is friendly and welcoming. We are so thankful for Crystal and team's kindness, communication, and willingness to go above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend Madison at City Place to anyone looking for a great place to live in Conroe!

The Madison at City Place has a very friendly, efficient and easy to talk to management office. Their office, gym and amenities are so well taken care of, very neat and clean. The swimming pool is our favorite of my daughter and I. It’s big enough, very nice and the lights are fabulous it makes me feel like I’m on vacation. In general, everything is fine. Good place, safe and comfortable. Neighbors are not very tolerant of children, not all but it's a big problem. Otherwise it's a good place to live

The complex is clean and beautiful. I definitely enjoy this place. Overall is great! Neighbors and kids being loud outside of building 1 past 11pm is frustrating and the only issue i have had.

The Madison at City Place overall is an awesome apartment community. The amenities available enhance the enjoyment of living here. We love the 24/7 gym, the beautiful pool, and the courtyard with firepit and Adirondack chairs. The management team is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The maintenance crew is super prompt and friendly. We also love that this place is pet-friendly. Our only negative feedback is that the electronic entrance gate is sometimes broken, and it's the only entrance to the community. It would be nice to have the second gate available to use, instead of being constantly chained. Overall, we're very happy living here.

Excellent place to live- Office crew is very nice and kind. The property is always well kept. This is my peaceful place, no loud neighbors or hollowing dogs barking. At night the property is well lit. I would definitely refer a friend.

I enjoy the community, there is plenty of parking. I use the gym regularly and enjoy the treadmills and weight machines. I use my balcony every morning and enjoy cooking in my large kitchen with modern features.

The apartments, amenities, and clubhouse/pool are great. My one complaint is the frequency at which the dumpster is emptied. The dumpster is consistently packed and remains that way for the better part of the week. Would be nice to see that be emptied more frequently.

I love the facilities and my unit. Everything was very clean upon move-in. Parking is very easy and there is plenty of it. Bathrooms with two sinks are also very nice, especially if you need a share one.

I have been living here for about 8 months and honestly it’s been great. Move in was easy. Everyone in the leasing office and maintenance is so kind and helpful. Whenever I have put in a service request it has been quickly addressed. I would say I feel quite safe because of the gate system and the door system in place. The amenities are amazing. The pool is so beautiful. The complex is well maintained with pretty flowers and green grass. I would definitely recommend living here.

I highly recommend The Madison at Coty Place. I just renewed my lease after being at this property for almost a year. It has great amenities and great staff. My unit actually features a fenced yard, which allows me to garden and easily let my dogs outside. I would definitely suggest The Madison at City Place to anyone looking for a new home!

Few problems within the community, great dog neighbors and pup friends. Parking can be complicated due to people being friends and family over and not much available parking for those guests and the resident’s.

Overall nice, minor issues such as not enough dumpsters or trash days to accommodate all residents. We wish both gates were operational. All maintenance requests are addressed quickly.
