I’ve been living here for a while, and overall, it’s been a pleasant experience. The complex is quiet and generally well-maintained, which I appreciate. The staff is friendly and responsive when you need help, and maintenance usually addresses issues within a reasonable time. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and main roads, which makes daily errands much easier. The amenities are nice, especially the gym and pool, which are kept clean. Parking is decent, and I’ve never had a major issue finding a spot close to my building. The neighbors are respectful for the most part, and the community feels safe. There’s always room for improvement occasional delays in maintenance and some small updates could make it even better but overall, I’m happy living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

Things are going pretty well except for the dog park. The dog park is always filthy and there’s no way to know who it is but it’s nasty when I take my dog over there and I hate it not to mention the pools closed almost the last month. It seems.

4/5 experience. No issues during the almost 2yrs that I’ve been here. The only issue would be the trash smell on weekends when tenants leave trash in the hall ways and the closing of the pool during summer months.

There are some positives about living in this apartment community. Management hosts occasional community events that help residents connect, create a sense of belonging, which is genuinely appreciated. These efforts show a desire to build a stronger, more engaged community. However, there are areas that need attention. While reporting noise complaints is easy, follow-up is lacking, and there’s little communication after concerns are raised. The stairwells and shared areas are not cleaned consistently, could use more regular maintenance. Additionally, some neighbors are overly nosy, which affects the sense of privacy and comfort. Respect for personal space is important and sometimes missing here. Overall, community has potential, and I value the steps taken toward engagement. With better follow-through, improved communication, and consistent upkeep, this could become a truly great place to live. I hope management continues listening and works to enhance the overall resident experience.

I’m renewing my lease again! I absolutely love my living experience here. The complex is beautiful, after getting a garage the parking is great and it’s nice to be sheltered from the rain! The receptionist was helpful very accommodating. Stayed in contact when needed. Any questions was answered either via email or through text at a very sufficient time frame. This made my decision even more pleasing.

Just moved in, it’s been a great experience so far and location is very good. The only thing missing is the elevator, since we live on the third floor.

Going on 3 years here at the Maddox! I’m very grateful for this place and those that work here. Maintenance is quick to respond, the place is kept clean, and there are always events being planned!
Everyone is nice and the staff are very friendly and courteous. The move in was smooth and we loved the apparent. It was clean and nice ready for move in day.

Clean, safe and quiet for the most part. The office staff is the best! They’re always friendly and helpful. There’s never been a time when I felt overlooked or disregarded. Great place to live.

Quiet and peaceful living so far! I enjoy it here. The location is great, very close to everything you’ll need plus entertainment. No issues with the community or neighbors. The people are friendly. The only thing I dislike are people not having their dogs on leashes. But other than that it’s been a great stay.

I moved in just about one month ago and I love my new home. The apartment layout is beautiful with fresh and modern finishes and new appliances. The complex is well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are clean and so inviting. The valet trash service is great and dependable. The leasing office staff…so amazing and helpful. They take the time to listen and address all your questions, needs and concerns. I’m so happy to call the Maddox home.

Great place to live. Only complaint is that all people with dogs should be in their own building. Dog barks are loud. Need to have more parking for overnight visitors. All parking are taken at night time on the outside where visitors park. However this is a great resident. Wish we had a community room where u can have your parties verses the pool area. U shouldn’t have to pay for another car sticker if yours happen to fall off when getting your car detail. A $100 is too expensive when I’m a resident here. They also should have a back up generator when the lights goes off. But once again the overall stay here is great & peacefull
