Welcome to The Lux, your next dream home! We offer a variety modern floorplans that cater to a wide range of renters. Looking for something comfy & cozy? Check out our open studio layouts! Or if a studio sounds a little too cozy, we also offer one-bedrooms (Psst- if you like to work from home, ask about options that come with a den!). Moving a family to the area or plan on having a roommate? We offer several different two-bedroom layouts as well. All units come decked out with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, and high-end finishes like granite counter tops and solid wood cabinetry- no Laminate coatings here! Speaking of being decked out, we also offer limited floorplans that feature deck and patio options. On-site storage as well as secured parking in the garage is available at an additional fee (asking a staff member for pricing). Amenities such as the play ground, gym, game room, and lounge are all free-access to residents! We also would like to extend an early invitation to you to check out our on-site restaurant and coffee shop coming in 2024! For the less exciting things, here's a list of all the other stuff you should know before you move in: -Application fee $50 (Per adult applicant) -Non-Refundable Admin Fee $200 (Paid at signing, one-time fee) -Security Deposit $500 (Refundable at move-out with minimum 6-month stay) -Non-Refundable Pet Fee $500 (No pet rent) -6-Month Lease, Month-to-Month available with premium -Renter's Insurance is require at move-in -Utility fee $120 (Covers water, sewer, & garbage) -Tenants pay electricity -Tenants pay cable & internet -Garage Parking Space $100 monthly (Free, open surface lot) -Prorated move-in costs & no other hidden fees -Got a more specific question? Property Ratings at The Lux
I spent quite some time searching before I found this gem of a place. When I called I was immediately answered by Jamie, the leasing agent, who very graciously answered every question I had. I was able to tour the property right away and submit an application with $0 fees. It was only a few days before I was approved and moving in. The first month’s rent was free! This made it easier for me to afford the transition. Jamie was very flexible with scheduling the signing and very thorough in explaining the lease, along with helpful suggestions to ensure a successful tenancy. The apartments are absolutely beautiful! They have a very modern look with dark wood cabinets and trim. The floors look just like wood flooring. The appliances in the kitchen are stainless steel. You have a stackable washer and dryer in the unit as well. People are nice here. Everyone I have met has been super kind and welcoming. It’s peaceful here as well. We have a gym, game room, basketball ball court, playground for the littles, and even a room you can reserve for parties. It’s easy to find parking here as well. On top of all that we have an onsite restaurant that just opened and a coffee shop slated to open within the next year. We have a grocery store right across the street, along with a Burger King, McDonalds, and 7 Eleven in walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough! You will not be disappointed here. Come join this great community and see for yourself.
