The Lowerys is a modern construction located in the growing west Midtown. These apartments are quiet and near trendy restaurants, Georgia Tech, Mercedes Bens, the westside belt connector, etc. Neighbors are respectful and Jamison, Alexis and the rest of the Staff do a great job of maintaining the property. Perfect spot for young adults that go to school or work. It’s in the middle of everything and out the way, so it’s pretty quiet for the most part. I enjoy the valet trash and the easy to navigate mail system as well. The new staff team in the leasing office is great too, especially Jamison, who’s a very professional and personable property director. I’ve only had one problem with the EZ parking company, but that was quickly resolved within an hour.
This is a beautiful place to live. Everyone is friendly. From the tenants to the staff. Plenty of on-site events and activities that are also fun.
For one someone Died in this building Nov. 2020 Management was super nonchalant, parking is absurd and they don’t even allow overnight guest parking.
I'd give it a 5 but the parking makes it a 4. Aishia was very helpful thru the move in process. The building is clean & quite. Close to work so convenient for me. Great amenities and modern! Love my apt & my closet is great for all my shoes! The kitchen is very nice but oddly larger then the living room but I still love it nonetheless. One maintenance issue & it was handled quickly. I like the keyless entry & the valet trash. Since the parking is not close to my apt, I appreciate the office offering a wagon to use if you have shopping or groceries. Here we go.... I DONT LIKE THE PARKING!!!! I would've reconsidered living here had I known the parking situation. If you have guests, you have to get guest pass. If its after hours & you have guests coming, well they better uber! There is no parking for them! If they park behind the gate they will be booted! And if you're able to get one of the few passes they have,you pay $5 a day for the pass. I feel a way having to pay for my guest! The simplest solution is put a call box at the gate so that you can buzz in your guest, & a call box at the inside door for guest to come in...very simple! I do appreciate most recently, I had an out of town guests staying over for the night, and Aishia was able to grant me a one day temp pass for her before she caught her flight the next morning. Oh & I like the package center. I like that I get a text when I have a package.
Aspire Westside is by far one of the nicest, modern updated, clean properties that I’ve viewed in quite some time. I’m not easily impressed, but Aspire Westside definitely sets the bar for luxury, quality, and customer service. From the regional manager, who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting during my tour, to the leasing office staff who answered any and all questions I had prior to signing my lease, to the maintenance team who’s been extremely attentive since my move in - confirms why I made the right decision to become an AW resident!
Clean, great amenities, reasonable costs, great location, and property agent was incredibly helpful.
Every team member that I have come in contact with has been very nice and welcoming.
Guest parking is basically none existent and staff are extremely passive-aggressive and defensive. Additionally, the police have come to the complex NUMEROUS times. The structure of the building itself is good, but major parking issues and unpleasant staff had made my overall experience there to just alright to unpleasant.

I think it' relatively small size allows for more attention to tenants and grounds keeping, which is very important to me
As residents we are told to have our guest park up the street & have them Uber to the apartments ! The dumbest apartments ever ! Rent is too high for this !

It is such a beautiful property and the ambiance does what the name says...it inspires you to aspire greatness and a great lifestyle
New complex , but..This apartment complex does not have efficient parking at ALL. You have to “check out” a gate pass if you want to have guest. If they don’t have a “parking pass” displayed on their car dash they are most likely to have a boot placed on their car.

Stellar office staff and tour. I love this community. I only have experience living in walkable communities which this location does not offer. This is the only real downside I found to this community and the only reason I didnt immediately lease.
This apartment property is a hidden gem that’s located in the downtown Atlanta area.
Professionalism is amazing here. And they are quick to resolve issues.
