Property Ratings at The Lofts at Shiplock Watch
The unit was never cleaned nor repainted between tenants as they scheduled this to be done on my move in day that was planned three months in advance. Since, my washer has stopped washing clothes, my dryer takes two full cycles to dry, the stovetop has ruined a pan and only functions half of the time. The worst part is that I've calmly communicated these issues and entered tickets yet today the maintenance supervisor came to my apartment and LIED to the property manager who then told me I was making up the literal water I heard and felt leaking through the ceiling.
