My apartment wasn’t ready upon move in. its still not ready. I can’t even use my appliances. But the lenseing agents are doing their best i guess….

I really like the neighborhood.its so peaceful quiet here.my apartment makes me feel like homeI like that there's so much different restaurants to eat at

Estos departamentos an mejora desde que llegamos con el cambio de administrador el personal de oficina muy cortez y amable se recomienda y se agrace en una mayor preocupacion que se esta viendo hoy em dia,si deben mejorar la iluminacion en los estacionamiento pero es algo solucionable .

La verdad me gusta mucho vivir aqui muy buenos los vecinos y todo muy tranquilo y limpio lugar muy bueno para familias con niños pequeños se los recomiendo 100 por ciento

Maintenance is not very good I have maintenance orders for almost 10 months. , the staff is very rude especially a woman She's super rude not to gentle with people,

They are finishing the roads with a wonderful job with the roads overall. Also painting the apartments over in the similar shade of the paint for all the apartments. Added a recycled bin as well.

There is a lot of uncertainties somethingd aren't actually clear. It takes too long to get certain requests done. Scheduling is a nightmare and they are now doing all these repairs when rent is so high. It's not understandable.

I moved in 6 days ago and Tahlia was absolutely amazing. She provided awesome customer service throughout the entire move in process. The units are very nice.

Maybe the photos online don't match the apartment I'm in. It is very spacious and perfect for what I was looking for regarding space for my kids. But… upon entering the apartment, there were roaches in the fridge, under cabinets, on the counter, and in each bathroom. This apartment hasn't been deep cleaned. The floors were dirty, the windows had dirt, every sliding door had mounted dirt, and the vents had dirt. I'm sure with a deep clean, this can improve. It's just unfortunate I have to do it myself. The community looks unorganized and dirty, with sidewalks and the parking lot crumbling. There is dirt full of trash in front and uncleaned porches. I would say this is great if you NEED something for the moment.

For the most part it's quite at night time and that allows me to have continued Peace. Parking to get to my unit is accessible, I can't wait until they allow the tenants to have reserved parking spaces per unit. So far, I'm happy.

My least experience at this probably was very easy the property manager and the team there very helpful. I’ve been at this property property going on two weeks and so far the movie is an amazing choice.

Buenas atencion pero son tardíos en las reparaciones del apartamento y no dan solución rápido ya tengo un problema en departamento y no lo hacen

Everything in here is good feel great and just focus for taking action quick for maintenance of something that is not working properly otherwise everything is perfect

I had a great day with the manager Christiana and another staff Isaac.They were really helpful and ensured I had a wonderful experience.I was able to get a place of my choice and they are willing to work with me making sure I am happy.I recommend the link Apt plus Christiana and Isaac anytime, anyday.

Excelente el vecindario está en una buena ubicación la distribución del apartamento espectacular muy cómodo y espacioso buena ventilación todo muy organizado y limpio. El personal muy amable brinda buena atención y toda la información orientación que se solicita la transmiten. Espero tener una larga estadía. Lo recomendaría para vivir.

El área está muy bien cuidada y los apartamentos muy bien y serca de varias tiendas , con un área muy tranquila y segura para los residentes del area

Tahlia was very helpful during the entire process. She's greatly appreciated. Unit was clean and quiet. Price was amazing and the entire process was a breeze.

I am happy that they are fixing the roads and small things but it does feel like we the tenants have be ignored. Request not being acknowledged and not being done.

We encountered some issues with the apartment when we moved in. Some of the issies were fixed, and some are still pending. Other than that, it was nice tomove here.

Everything has been great and i like how it’s so close to everything like the dollar tree ,Walmart , CVS , Kroger , and fast food restaurants it’s very convenient

Considering how stressful a move is the staff made this process extremely easy and stress-free. From their friendliness, knowledge, and understanding of what I was looking for in an apartment has me recommending The Link Apartments to all my friends and family. I couldn’t be more thankful!

Office staff is wonderful, especially Tuleah. The application process was super easy and they help you thru the whole process. It was a GOODTIMEEEE

No amenities. No one responds to emails/ complaints. Leakage problem. Even after multiple complaints the lights don't work. Persistent roach problem. Trashy roads. Everything else is good.

The rent is high and the complex is really dirty we don’t have good experience from maintenance as if we submit work orders it takes one or two months

The first year I liked a lot. But now I’m so displeased with everything about it. The maintenance staff are horrible. The grounds are horrible

It's been better! The management has been very helpful & always gets right on top of any issue we have. I wish they would do more to fix up the property & inside apartments though. I know that comes from the company who owns The Link though.

Rent prices are very affordable! Nice neighborhood. Satisfied overall so far. Cleanliness is an issue. Pool has algae and dirt for over 2 years now. Kids Center never became functional. Laundry is the worst

Parking lot has major potholes that management refuses to address, the only complex I know that makes your visitors pay for parking each day (not cheap $8 per day), the appliances are outdated, they use a sticky resin on their countertops that never dries (I’ve been here over a year and the countertops are just as sticky as when I moved in), management refuses to even give me matching cabinets in the kitchen yet they still raised the rent when it was time for me to resign my lease.

I enjoy being left alone in my home but when I contact maintenance, I expect them to show up to help, especially with rodents. Been dealing with a rat due to holes in the wall for 3 months.

I love the location! Especially with all the restaurants in the area!!!! The place is great for convenience with work and moving around for shopping!

It's good just wish for better security every night. And the doggie bags would get refilled more consistently. But other than that it's nice the people are kind. And you feel safe.

The space for a 1bd/1bath is very spacious. That would probably be my only pro about this apartment. Maintenance never comes when requested. I’ve had to call multiple times for different reasons regarding leaks, flooding, clogged drains. I’ve put these request in months ago and maintenance still hasn’t shown.

Pretty good housing overall. Maintenance has become slow to process lately. Being near the highway can be of issue but overall not bad for the cost.

Great experience at the link apartments maintenance handles all of my request at a timely manner. The lady’s at the office always answers all of my questions.

Please improve on responding to tenants when they ask for maintenance,mine has been more than a month I requested for my bathtub to be sealed because the sight is terrible,and my vent has been a week now. Secondly,when residents refer clients, please management should treat them nicely,we need a bigger and lively community of good people,since we have more vacancies now. #ILOVEMYCOMMUMMUNITY#

I have lived here for 2 years. The paid parking spot that I have has been a nightmare. People continue to park there with no regards that it's mine. I really believe this will be my last year, as I cannot deal with it anymore.

Staff is good. Apartments need serious renovation. Parking lots also need some work. There are some major pot holes and not enough parking spaces.

I love the apartment and the managers as well. The place is good looking! Worth the price! I enjoy the yard and having space to do things!! I can sit under the trees and workout as needed and have a place for company when that happens.

It’s very quiet, there are kids running around playing everyday. It’s a good place to live. The only issue I have is the other residents throw their trash and food on the ground outside

Everything is fine, only the air conditioner in the apartment is very hot, and I visited the office several times, but our house is still warm

Good place to live. The rent is moderately priced and the place is nice and clean. They are good with work orders as well. The office workers are friendly.

Great spot to live good Community. Love the pet areas and also the security of a closed community. The people are really friendly so always expect a small interaction.

Very unsecured parking situation. I work out of state and always i have to be worried about my car. The amount of cars each person can park is unacceptable to . They say each person can park only one!
