Property Ratings at The Ledges Apartment Homes
The ledges are quiet, clean and my affordable apartment is just the right size for me my daughter and our dog. The staff is exceptional- Cheryl, Nayonni and Gabrielle in particular have been so helpful and friendly no matter what the issue. Great place to live!!
Be cautioned about this place. This place has so many hidden fees and new ones seem to go into effect monthly. The tenant parking here is terrible there is hardly enough parking for tenants let alone if you have company over. The interiors are not bad but the common areas are filthy and in need of rehab. During one of our recent snow storms it took this place two days to clear walkways. However the bigger the unit and and the more money you shell out the faster you can get decent service. Also let’s talk about the trash service. There is only once central place to take your trash (an additional fee btw) it is located close to the entrance so if you live towards the back of the property it can be a real hassle. Once you arrive with your trash the receptacles are usually full and overflowing. Also if you have a dog here it will run you an additional deposit and a reoccurring monthly fee, not to mention your dog has to be swabbed to enroll into a dog DNA program, this program they will use to prove that they had to pick anything up your dog left behind and then progressively fine you for each offense, up to having your dog banished from being allowed on to the property, so if you have a service animal they can take that away. One last thing, if you have to have to use medical marijuana and have your state certificate you can’t live here as your lease forbids the use in any common or private part of this property. Be advised the further back you go the less attractive the place is. Also building access is by a key fob which is nice when it works, and also told it’s existence has no bearing on keeping tenants safe, I think it just gives the allusion of safety. On move in day I was given my access fob which did not work meaning it was a bit more difficult to move in. My second day living here and after working a 12 hour shift at work I discovered my door key did not work for my door so after a long day I now had to sit outside my unit waiting for maintenance. I will not be signing another lease here, even if I was given a massive discount.

We understand you will not be renewing your lease with us but we do hope to make the remaining portion of your stay a more pleasant one.
Mold everywhere, air and water quality are terrible, neglectful management entered our apartment while we were gone and without notice, dogs bark constantly, car alarms go off at least once a day, management requires a dna test if you have a dog after you’ve moved in, maintenance painted over water damage in the hallway. Lots of shady stuff. We really don’t like it here, moving asap.
Great location and floor plans. From one to three bedrooms. I would and have recommended them to friends!!
I love everything about my apartment. The staff are so helpful if I need anything and my home is perfect for me. Its a plus that it comes with a washer and dryer, it is really convenient.
