I love being apart of The Leaf community! I look forward to raising my three girls and feeling safe in our environment.
The building is always kept clean, unfortunately weather is colder now so I haven't had the chance to enjoy the patios/pool but that's ok! Staff is very nice and helpful. I really am enjoying living here so far.

The Leaf Affordable has been most excellent my apartment is absolutely gorgeous and my window views are breathtaking the staff is very helpful and friendly and highly professional, I love this place it’s such a blessing we just love coming home.

Overall, the leasing process was excellent. I did everything online and had the support of Lisbeth Rivas throughout the whole process. We finalized everything online. She had shown us the apartment months ago through a video call and was always very professional, giving us the confidence to complete everything online. Overall, we love The Leaf and are very happy in our first week here!

The building is absolutely beautiful—modern, thoughtfully designed, and full of potential. It’s clear that a lot of care went into creating a space that feels elevated and welcoming. Since it’s still new and undergoing some renovations, there are a few areas that are still being finished or polished, so it’s very much a work in progress. That said, it’s exciting to watch it come together and be part of something fresh and growing. One of the standout aspects so far has been the community staff—some team members go above and beyond to make residents feel at home, which really sets the tone for a positive living experience. I’m looking forward to seeing it all come together and being part of the community as it continues to evolve. If you’re looking for a new, stylish space with beautiful views and great layouts, consider the leaf!
