The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at The LC
If the relentless construction doesn't get to you, the nightly police helicopters overhead will. I moved in here and it was great until Greystar bought the building. They are only interested in maximizing their profits, which is why the building has so many vacancies. There is nonstop construction, things break all the time, and it is very noisy. Also Greystar posts a bunch of fake positive reviews to make it seem good, but don't fall for their trap. Run and run far away from the LC.

Hello! Thank you so much for your valuable feedback! We truly appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
Location is great - that's all you got. If you want to live in the so called 'luxury' building where elevator breaks down on the regular, building doors may or may not with your fob, the building is ALWAYS under major constructions projects, and assessments fees/rent goes up mysteriously by $10-$20 a month, then this is place for you. Oh, you may also enjoy the last minute water shut offs, unwarranted fire drills, flooding, strange smells, and just never ever a quiet living environment. But again, the location is great.

Hi there, we are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience!
I've been living here for 3 years now and it had issues on and off bu, since the new manager Brian took over all the issues are addressed promptly. They fixed the garage door which has been broken for 2 years the moment they took over. He communicates really well and we barely have any maintenance issues now. Also the maintenance head is top notch he is a problem solver. Also this apartment is in great location too!

Hi there, thank you so much for your positive comments about The LC!
My boyfriend and I applied for an apartment here. We put down a $500 holding deposit. We met with the “Community Manager” Karmine multiple times. She never once warned us that we had 72 hours to make a decision or else we’d lose our $500 dollars. It was written in the fine print on our application. She even went on vacation between that time period for a couple weeks!!! Don’t be fooled by this company. It’s clear to me Karmine just saw us as a number and so does the “LC by CLG”
Unfortunately half way into my lease there was a roach problem within the building. It’s something on going that I’ve been dealing with for almost 5 months now. The first 4 consisted of an exterminator coming in once a month and now has got to a point of being sprayed once a week. Now this requires me to pack up my whole apartment-like im moving- for the exterminator to spray everywhere. I’ve had a talk with Karmine about moving me to another tower until my lease is over, which she agreed would be so able. Just for me to have to track her down a week later and tell me it’s not going to happen. Although the complex has tried to be proactive on solving the issue, they’ve ignored more when asking to speak with a supervisor about any kind of compensation. My place is pretty unlivable at the moment. The one star is for Francisco the maintenance guy whose the sweetest and amazing.
