An incredible place to live! As a 4 year resident, I can attest that The Lane at Waterway boasts friendly, professional, extremely efficient leasing professionals and management, as well as a very responsive maintenance team. The community is well maintained with awesome amenities; fully equipped gym, large, comfortable work spaces, and a beautiful club room. The location is nestled within a convenient walking distance to shopping, restaurants, theaters, and concerts. This is a huge plus! Personally, I appreciate the floor plan, the abundance of natural light, and the modern, sleek finishes and design. And who doesn't love a huge walk in closet and deep-soak spa bath tub? Residents are pleasant, respectful, and quiet. The Lane at Waterway is definitely a place to consider for a convenient, stress-free place to call home.

I've lived here three and a half years, and have no intentions of moving. One of the reasons for this is the Lane itself. The people here-my neighbors and the excellent staff here, past and present, make this a community, and not just a building. Now if I could only get an ADA apartment-5 stars!ng

Moved here last April it’s the best so peaceful , everything is around us and the staff is amazing we’re staying here our whole lives, we have been all around the woodlands and no other place is better than where we are the lane at Waterway is a home but more like a resort

I've lived here for a few months now and everyone from the front desk staff, to the residents and their four-legged fur babies are so nice! I love the security & cleanliness of the property compared to the Millennium where I moved from. I also appreciate that the apartments are much more modern and updated, although I do wish the 1-bedroom I rent had a fan in the living room...but there is one in the bedroom, so that's nice. The co-working space and gym are fantastic! I also love all of the little community events that they have throughout the year. The only downside is having an apartment that faces Six Pines due to road noise. However, I don't hear any noise from my neighbors, so that is a huge plus given I'm on the 5th floor!

After my first year here, I couldn’t be happier I chose The Lane instead of adjacent properties. So close to walking trails, the Waterway, restaurants, shops, the Woodlands Mall. The staff is like family here. Will, Jessica, Hoffman and our fantastic maintenance crew are why this property shines above the adjacent properties. You won’t find a better place!

Excellent place! The only drawback is that the hallways smell like animals live in the building and residents pets keep having accident on the floors, stairs, and elevators.
Community is in an ideal location with easy (and walkable) access to shopping, restaurants, and parks, It is boutique living at its finest with an amazing leasing and maintenance staff! Apartment finishes are sleek and modern ; including huge walk-in closets and deep soaking tubs in the master bath. Residents are friendly and respectful - truly an incredible community!

I'll be here three years on Sept 21, and it gets nicer here every year. The change in management companies was a game changer, and a good one. And the staff here really stood tall in the recent blackout. You guys make this a nice place to be.

My experience at The Lane has been good until recently. Pets urinate in the hallways and stairwells., The building is beginning to smell. For the amount of rent charged to live here the very least management could do is to ensure the common areas are kept clean.

The staff is AMAZING , the apartment is AMAZING we’re never leaving - we sold our house and moved here and it’s been the best thing we could have done everyday we thank GOD for being here. The workers bring us soooo much JOY and they are so helpful and kind - our goal is to be here for the rest of our lives .
I love it here at the Waterway.. The location is absolutely amazing, I can walk pretty much everywhere and its only 2 blocks from the Pavillion. The staff is amazing also.

We are enjoying our apartment! It is such a great location and super dog friendly. The staff at The Lane has been helpful and over the top friendly. We are very happy we chose to move to this area.
