The move in was seamless and everyone in the office staff worked as a team to provide a the best move in process I’ve had so far. The community is appeasing to the eye and the peaceful feeling of sitting at the lakes is beyond worth it. It’s a very quiet and warming community.

Not recommended. Poor staff and poor upkeep of apartments. They only replace things when it’s finally messed up and don’t update the apartments to a good standard. Just overall poor communication and lack of urgency from the staff themselves.

The Lakes Apartments have a great lake view, thoughtful layouts, and nice indoor amenities. The balcony is also very enjoyable — as long as a screen is installed to keep it usable. However, I’m not happy with the noise from the upstairs unit. I hope the leasing office can emphasize to all tenants the importance of keeping noise levels down at night, as everyone needs restful sleep to function at work. Regarding the trash bin policy, I feel that strict rules about bringing the bin in after 9 a.m. and only putting it out in the evening can make daily life harder for tenants — especially for those with irregular or late work hours.

The Lake's new staff works hard to ensure the residents are cared for and enjoy living at The Lakes. For the property to improve, profits must be collected. Residents must do their part to keep the property clean of trash and dog feces. When rules are not being followed fines will be charged. The lakes apartment has been moderately okay. Honestly, management and the staff have been super delightful. The one downside is that the apartment does need a little TLC and the common area has an awkward layout. It’s a perfect starter apartment and the cost is pretty good for amenities.

I recently moved from the Lakes and have been apartment hunting for 2 months looking for something that compares in terms of space and value for money and have found nothing. I never had any issues staying at the Lakes and all of my maintenance requests were resolved quickly.

The apartment are big but I don't think they are worth the price. Either they need to start being cheap or they can lower the rent.

The Lakes Apartment is exactly what you expect when looking at everything in a great way. What you see is what you get and what that is is very excellent! Although it's not quite perfect, nothing really is, but I would say this is for sure an amazing place to live! This is my first ever time living in an apartment, and it exceeded nearly all my expectations. It's a very fair living arrangement, and the Staff is very helpful. i think the apartments are excellent. i like the location and how easy the commute to Fort Benning is from here.

Its in a nice location, I like that its gated and the community is nice and quiet. Maintenance does their jobs to get the area cleaned up and fix issued in the apartment. Not all apartments are remodeled so the amount of rent is not fair in my opinion. Its a nice apartment complex overall, wouldn't considered it luxurious though.
