I moved to The Keaton July 2024 from a 55 community and have not looked back. I love the positive energy and the diversity of this community. The location is perfect for walking to shops. The amenities appeal to all and there are plenty of activities to pick and choose from. Excellent choice on my part!!!

I have lived at the Keaton for almost a year and find the entire experience very enjoyable. The office staff is always friendly and very helpful . The facilities are always kept clean . There is a range social activities available. Communication is always timely and complete. I highly recommend this living experience

The Keaton is an amazing, beautiful, upscale complex for a very reasonable price. It seems no attention to detail has gone unnoticed throughout the common areas and it feels like I’m walking down the hallway of a luxury hotel when going to my apartment. I love it here!

The Keaton is simply amazing! I really lucked out finding this stunning property. All of the staff at The Keaton are just so wonderful. Miyeah made it so easy for me to choose this place as my new home. From the apartments, to the on site amenities, to the proximity to all the stores and restaurants, this place is by far the best place to live. I knew immediately that this was the place for me. I seriously love living here. The staff really took the time and listened to my needs and helped me find the perfect apartment. My move in was extremely smooth, my only work order was addressed same-day, and I have truly felt like I have a community here instead of just an apartment. The location, amenities, and apartments are second to none in my opinion. Seriously, the gym here is AMAZING! The internet package seems steep but for what you’re getting, it is WELL WORTH IT. Everything has been seamless so far!! Highly recommend!!
