The Ironwood Of Waldorf Station is a beautiful luxury community with modern gorgeous apartment homes and lovely well maintained landscapes throughout the property giving an upscale feel in Charles County MD. the amenities are a spectacular added bonus with access to The Clubhouse, gym, yoga, meditation, business/meeting center, gazebo, grill, fire pit & resort style pool (can't wait until next summer) The apartment community and style gives the overall feeling of a high rise apartment building with concierge service with a secure area allocated for receiving packages, deliveries including food deliveries with a refrigerator to store residents orders. The interior of my building is absolutely stunning with seating areas inside and out and art in the entry areas of the building. I absolutely love love love my new apartment home!
I absolutely love new construction, you get to see how wonderfully things come together once it is all complete. The community is the perfect size, not too large or small
Very professional in the leasing office. The entire community will be opened in a couple of months and it will be beautiful.
I submitted an application to the property, not knowing what the outcome would be and highly greeted by Korie and Jasmine. These two ladies guided me step by step the entire process and made sure that I would be a resident of "The Ironwood family".
