We suit many needs including those that are new to Rochester looking for their new home, those that enjoy simple living, traveling professionals, commuters, and focused students. We serve both short and long term needs. We are a great fit if you are looking to save money! Furnished units have a king size bed! You provide your linens, pillows, bedding & towels, pots/pans and small kitchenware's. Photos show a staged unit-please note units do not provided sheets, pillows, towels, or blankets. Coin-op laundry is located on-site for your convenience. $1150/mo for a 12 month lease $1200/mo for a 6 month lease $1250/mo for a month to month or less than 12 months. 1 parking space is included at no fee, surface level lot.
