Maintenance takes 1 week to come

The facility is so old and rundown with a roach infestation. They take days to show up for work orders and their maintenance never can fix right. I’m basically living in a roach hot box , AC blows hot and all they do is change air filter and pretend like that’s okay.

Maintenance Issues/Management

My water has been leaking out steady from bathtub faucet. I reported it, and I get an email it will be done by the 11th. This is something that should be fixed asap. The office people never answer the phone. I called 5 times to office,and no answer. I go to the office,door lock during business hours. This makes them look bad, especially when they just took over this property.

Reconsider

If you care about yourself and your family in the slightest, and potentially have a thought of moving out here, don’t do it. I am a current resident and have been since January of this year (2022), and let me get started. Before moving in, never got to see my actual unit, just the showcase apartment of course on the tour. Upon moving in, there were roaches in the apartment already, and now still, they are prevalent, after multiple pest control visits. The cabinets are atrocious on the inside, I bought liners just to make them look decent. One month, I had a leak from the exhaust fan in my bedroom’s bathroom that had to get fixed. Another month, Water leaked from the garbage disposal in the kitchen at one point that had to get fixed. There were ants in here at one point that I took care of myself. There was water gushing from behind the washers in the clothes care facility as well at one point another month. And now, today, Tuesday June 14, 2022, as I’m preparing to leave my WFH job, to my part-time job, between 5-6pm,I noticed water randomly on my bathroom floor, which confused and baffled me, and I put in a maintenance request. When I get home from my second job, tonight, there is GOD KNOWS WHAT backed up into my tub, with more water on the floor again. It is downright disgusting, deplorable, aggravating, and sickening. I’m absolutely ready to move from this complex and if/when management or whoever sees this review, inquire who wrote it and come to 1079.

First apartment together

This apartment is/was perfect. 660 square feet, new appliances and a washer/dryer hook up, with flexible lease terms. The maintenance staff responds quickly to requests, the leasing office was very helpful, and the neighborhood itself is welcoming and great. My partner and I are definitely bummed we have to move soon, but we need a shorter commute for our jobs.

Be Careful!!!!

The office staff is VERY friendly EXCEPT Lynn. She is not willing to help and she has a horrible attitude. Star and Kim are the nicest managers that I have ever come in contact with. The maintenance is very poor. We had to put in 3 work orders for our clogged bathtub. I put in emergency requests due to the fact that we could not shower because the water did not drain AT ALL. I made SEVERAL calls and nobody came for 2 days for each request I put in. And each time they came out, they bathtub got worse and worse, until I got fed up and went to Home Depot and bought my own stuff to unclog the bathtub. So yes, the maintenance is VERY VERY poor. They did not change out my carpet when we moved in (and there are stains in it), they refuse to do NOTHING about the guy that lives adjacent to us that smokes so much it comes through our kitchen walls, the calking in our bathtub is stained and turning black, and when they installed the new cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom, they left huge holes in the bottom of them like they didn't put them on straight. It is a very quiet place to live, but all in all, I give this place a 2 out of 5 stars.

Pleasant & Quiet

It is a very quiet community and for the price is very reasonable. I wish the upgrades had ben a little higher grade, the office decor and style is a little better and you expect a little more than what you get. Again this is and continues to be a very pleasant place to live. The trees make the Texas summers a little better!

Disappointing

I couldn't wait to move in to our new apartment. But it has been nothing but disappointment. I have ants in my room, my daughter has spiders in hers, there is a water spot that leaks water every now and then, my a/c has gone out twice. All of this and they still want to go up $100 every time you renew your lease. They are really nice on the outside, but truthfully my last apartment (which was bad) is better than this one.

Work in progress

Great neighborhood, very quiet with friendly neighbors. The maintenance and management are what's slightly lacking here. Maintenance is not very knowledgeable, nor have they ever fixed any issue we've had on the first visit. Management also can be kind of laid back at times when it comes to small violations. All around they're good apartments that just fall shy of being great
