Property Ratings at The Huntington
I moved in May 2024 and I have had nothing but BAD EXPERIENCES in the last month!! Upon moving in, I was told that the pool would be open by mid June because of being short staffed. It is now July and still no pool... I lived here for one week and TWICE a leasing agent walked into my apartment for no reason- once on Memorial Day when the leasing office was closed and the following Sunday, again when the office was closed. When I asked the office about this, they told me that this was NOT an employee. ( I later found out that it was) So I was scared to sleep there for the first week, because I thought someone was trying to break in. Then I soon realized that my dishwasher was not installed, It was simply placed in the hole in the kitchen. I had to pay someone to install it. About 2 week after moving in, I realized that my AC was running nonstop and not getting cold. I put in a maintenance request and about 10 days later a maintenance man showed up and stayed for 2.5 hours. I thought that my problem was fixed, but it had just begun... As soon as I got home, I turned on the AC only to find that my HEAT was now on when I turned on AC!!! I called the office right away and I was told that no one had been in my apartment. I have cameras so I saw the maintenance man in my apartment!! I have now called the office more than 4x and emailed 3x. NO ONE WILL HELP ME AND ITS OVER 100 degrees in my apartment!! I am beyond upset. I finally bought an AC unit to put in my bedroom just so I can sleep at night. THESE PEOPLE JUST SIMPLY DON'T CARE!!! THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE. I am in the medical field and I rarely complain,but I have never seen such incompetence!! i call almost daily now, and I get no response from anyone in the leasing office.
First impressions tells you everything, and if you forget the second impression is there to remind you. Kenan answered one email with generic details and answered a couple of questions. My wife sent 3 follow up emails looking for information and it was radio silence (no one reply or acknowledgment). My buddy was going to Denver the following week and offered to check the place out. Here's the second impression. You will see pictures online of these apartments all updated and honestly pretty nice. INFACT that's not the case. They brought my buddy into an apartment that was right out of the late 80's. Kitchen cabinets were brown (that old dingy brown), draws wouldn't open/close without effort, old medicine cabinets in the bathroom with a bunch of rust, sliders that didn't close tight, and to top it off the unit AC didn't work. Renters beware.

I just moved in and I absolutely love this property. The staff are all so nice, maintenance is really helpful and on top of work orders, and the community is kept clean. The apartments are a great size and really cozy. You won't make a mistake moving here!

Do not i repeat do not lease at this place. Units have mold and they will tell you it’s not and try to blame it on you. Horrible management and horrible maintenance. Here’s a picture of what to expect. they came to wipe down with bleach and was told the problem was solved. Tried braking my lease and the so called “assistant manager” gave me a quote to end it and never once asked the reason to do it as if he was just trying to get rid of me, when i started addressing my concerns he told me i should have been more persistent (after letting them know 4 times) he rolled his eyes at me the entire conversAtion and had a smirk on his face the entire time and literally made feel like he could care less about my concern or anything i had to say for that matter. A few weeks ago i got a notice that they were entering the units to inspect the fire alarms, i have a camera in my unit that detects movement, no one ever entered my unit to inspect which leads me to believe that they lied on their inspection paperwork. No one has ever cleaned out the vents, maintenance takes at least 2-3 weeks. There are better places out there do not waste your time here. If i could add pictures, trust me i would

Renovated apartments are cute & roomy. Only complaint is that if you need a repair or anything from the front office, you have to constantly check in. In my case, it was an appliance so for two months, I just didn’t have a working appliance. Very annoying!

I absolutely love living here at the Huntington. I have children and a dog and I feel that with how large the apartment is, we aren’t constantly on top of each other. The apartment is very nice and well kept! I feel so safe knowing that you need parking permits and not just anyone can hang around the complex. My neighbors are great and everyone just kinda does their own thing and no one is in your business. This apartment complex is a great location! I am near grocery stores, malls, gas stations, food, etc. It is also near an awesome green belt where I am easily able to walk my dog and there is a park close by where I can take my kids to. Absolutely great apartment complex!

The Huntington has been a great place for us to call our first home! We love the quick access to the Greenway and park. We are excited for another summer in the pool and to use the fire pits and grills in the evenings!

We've only been here a few weeks, but are really enjoying it so far. The staff are mostly responsive (though it's taken a few days to get updates on our pending work orders), the location is absolutely perfect for us with restaurants, a beautiful park, and trails nearby, and we like the size and finishes of our unit. There could have been a little more thought put into where outlets and cable setups are, but apart from that, we have been more than satisfied with our experience.

I've enjoyed my time here. I am disappointed that parking is no longer included, and it is a bit far from work (my job recently changed) but I enjoy the access to green space and am glad that supposedly there is a recycling program here. They are usually very good about clearing snow when it hits and the maintenance team is great.

Huntington Apartments are located in a quite neighborhood tucked away and conveniently located next to a full-size park, and walking trails that lead to the Green Belt. Apartments are spacious with huge bathrooms that give you plenty of space to get ready and great storage through out the apartment. The washer/dryer conveniently located in the hallway across from the bedroom is a plus for me. I hate having a washer in the kitchen no one wants dirty clothes around where you are cooking. Although the unit I am in now doesn't have the features like fire place, patio, and storage closet that I had when I lived at he property back in 2013. The garden level unit I am in now is spacious and meets my necessary needs for a living space currently. I would say the community feel and culture has definitely improved with Greystar management and I appreciate all the social events and incentives offered. It adds some excitement to living in an apartment community.

Love the location and Janessa in the leasing office was amazing and so helpful with my move. I have lived at this complex back in 2013 a little disappointed on the cleanliness of the complex there is trash in parking lots dumpsters have trash under, behind, and around dumpster enclosure which is an eye sore and interesting to see since the complex has valet door trash pick up. Maintenance has been a complete disaster and frustration with no urgency to get the hot water and washing machine working in the unit I just moved into 6 days ago. Really wish the complex handled work orders in a more timely manor.

We've lived here for a year. I can't wait to move out. GOOD: - ok prices - the apartments themselves are not too bad - convenient location BAD: - The hallways smell of poop. - Terrible washers. Instead of washing they soak and leave soap stains all over your clothes. - Crappy online payment system that failed me multiple times causing late payments - If you're late with payment even one day, they stick a very aggressive notice on your door with no envelope displaying hundreds of dollars in "attorneys fees". No discretion, no professionalism whatsoever. - I once made a complaint about some shouting and aggressive exchanges between neighbors and the management did nothing at all. It's a "meh" situation. I do not recommend. Maybe for a short term but that's it.

I have lived on property about 2 weeks now and the leasing/maintenance staff have been very friendly, helpful and accommodating. There was some miscommunication about the apartment I signed for, and they were extremely diligent with offering multiple solutions. Very appreciative for all of their help, Melissa and Brady are amazing. Amazing location too, perfect mix of accessibility to the mountains as well as any sort of shop within a 15 minute drive.

This is my first apartment experience outside of college, and so far, I am very impressed with my experience at The Huntington! Melissa has been approachable, helpful, and very kind through the entire application and leasing process. She has also been very helpful with answering my questions post-move-in. We spoke with Melissa throughout the whole process of filling out the application all the way to signing the lease. She was great with explaining and answering any questions that came up. Everyone in the leasing office is lovely and very good with communicating and problem solving. The community is very well kept and filled with nice neighbors. The apartment is so nice. The neighbors are wonderful. Patrick? An angel. The management, however, is rude, slow to respond (if they ever do), consistently shirking responsibility for their inaction, and completely unprofessional. If you love a cloudy pool, missing window screens that never seem to reappear, a broken air conditioning unit that isnt replaced for a 100 degree month, a trash service that rarely services but costs an OBLIGATORY $25/month, and a management staff who refuses to take responsibility for any of these things, then The Huntington is the place for you.

This place is fantastic. Overall I'm extremely happy with the Huntington, and I'm quite glad I moved in here. There is a true sense of community here that you don't get with most modern apartment complexes, and that all begins with the leadership. Shannon and Brady are very friendly and very easy to talk to. The entire staff is attentive and friendly, the units are beautiful and very clean; I love my apartment.

Julian and moved here from NYC couple of weeks ago. So far we really love it. The apartment is spacious, bright and so so sooo quiet. We have so much storage space here (walk-in closet in both bedrooms storage space outside, by the balcony). The views are amazing. Park is right outside the apartment. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. The area is very convenient, there's everything you need here; health stores, clothing stores, restaurants, emergency center, tons of veterinarians, doctors... (and I thought New York was convenient). We love it here.

The Huntington is an amazing place to live, even while one building didn't have water for almost a week they were still very easy to get a hold of an very nice.

Brady is a great manager that got us settled into our apartment easily. The Huntington is a nice and quiet community right next to a great city park. Best place I've lived in during my time in the Denver area.

The Huntington has the best staff I've ever worked with, some people have recently left because they were promoted.. the new team they recently brought in is phenomenal, they are so kind, knowledgeable, helpful, an if they aren't sure of an answer they get someone who knows an will call back immediately. Such a wonderful team I hope they stay for a while.

Really great community and amazing location. Recently renovated units with beautiful new floors. Its so nice to have the little park and walking trails right behind the community. Always quick to respond to requests. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

My bathroom broke on a weekend, so I called the emergency line, and within 10 minute someone was at my door to fix my bathroom. The Monday morning they sent someone again to see if my problem was solved. So far I am satisfied with my renting in the Huntington apartments.

The Huntington staff has always gone above an beyond for my boyfriend an I for the last 2 years we have been here. The maintenance team (I hardly call them because my apartment hardly ever needs any work) has always had our work orders done super quick, through the pandemic maintenance have been awesome at making sure they stay clean, keep their masks on, as well as take extra precautions when coming to your home. If I ever have a question or concern the office staff addresses it immediately an will do everything in their power to fix it. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking to move, living at the Huntington has been phenomenal.

We have lived here for 8 years and overall it has been a good experience. We love the view of Sister City Park. The management does a lot of entertaining things like food trucks, residents appreciation week, etc. and service response it very good.
