I just renewed my 3rd year lease. I really enjoy and like my apartment very much. It is a clean and quite complex. Home sweet home is what I call it. Nice neighbors, nice pool area, evening walks are so enjoyable. Manager and maintenence personnel are exceptional. They are sweet and hard working. I love and thank them.
Huntington Seniors Apartments is an absolutely beautiful facility with a wonderful community of residents and staff alike. Cynthia does a wonderful job keeping everyone active and always has a fun new idea up her sleeve! The grounds are also beautiful, with top notch landscaping and a big pool. I’m grateful to be a part of the community!
New management is fair and caring. Christopher is always busy. Gets things fixed next day if possible. He cares about us and always is working. The hallways are always clean, free of trash and swept. Pool is immaculate and well maintained. Feel safe with Christopher around.
Between smokers in your face, foul smell coming out of their apts. from smoke and smelling it in your own apt.Walking in the elevator with a lit smoke, gathering of the smoking clan in the exit and entrances to the building. Some asking for money and groceries some wanting to know your comings and goings. No folks this is not Senior behavior this is intrusion at a major level. Think about it, if you are not ready for this type of living DON'T.* NOT ALL IS HORRIFIC BUT COMING CLOSE!!!*
The first great thing about the Huntington is our outstanding maintenance man, Juan. He is on top of anything and everything that needs his attention, QUICKLY! The secure feeling you have living here is comforting. Office staff is professional with a caring attitude. You do not find that in many apartment complexes. Even though dealing with "seniors" must be frustrating, to say the very least, these ladies are always positive.
I recently signed my lease for a second year. As a widow, I feel safe and content living alone in the Huntington. Since I am on the third floor, I often live with my windows open, enjoying the wonderful Texas climate. Maintenance is exceptional. Usually within the same day as requested. Emergencies are on the spot! Our office personnel, understanding and realize senior needs. Clearly I appreciate the ladies who manage my apartment complex!!
