Property Ratings at The Hudson
Where do I start? Moving in, the place was so dirty it took over 8 hours to clean. Parking situation is horrific. If you work late, you're lucky to find a spot. The grounds are dirty. Trash cans always full. Common area full of dog poop. Dog park is always filthy. We went without air for almost two weeks. The office staff - good luck getting a return phone call. Couldn't WAIT to leave.

My husband and I moved in when they first opened. We loved it then but we love it even more now with Nicole as the manager! Natasha is also amazing! They are making such a difference since they came in and we couldn’t be happier. We also love Chanel and Brad with apartment life! Highly recommend if you’re looking for place.
The apartments themselves are nice. People that do not live in the community come in for a free swim. There is no gate so anyone can come in and use the gym and pool. The tenants that live here are loud and troublesome. Bell Partners is one of the worst management companies to ever exist.

I’ve been here for about a year now going on my second. I love it the very interactive with their tenants. Everything is perfect Rent might be a little pricey, but everything is pricey. The staff are the best this is someplace you won’t want to think twice on.
