Love it !!! Only drawback is trash pick up , it’s not picked up on promised days. So I currently have 4 bags of trash at my door. It’s very distasteful and can potentially become a pest issue.
Good customer service, cozy inside everything is beautiful here. Very first experience and can say this will be home for a while. All my friends are begging to be represented

Im about and half right now with my review . The management is great. The staff is wonderful. But the ppl that live here are not. They don’t have common courtesy for ppl that live below them, the kids are out of control. Like where are the parents. I wanted a luxury apt to live in with great amenities, and I had it for a while. Then it seems like the requirements to move in have dropped. I have ppl taking packages, kids knocking on people’s doors and running, smoking in the hallways, just no respect, gate not working bc obviously ppl don’t or can’t read and keep hitting the gate. The gate to me is pointless because it doesn’t keep no one out. If that.would change I would 100% stay. If not I will 100% be moving..

I love living here! Everyone in the office is always so helpful and kind. Any maintenance problems are quickly addressed. I originally moved in, in June of 2025. I plan on signing a lease for 2026, happily I might add. No where else I have seen in Jacksonville has the amenities that you will find here. In a two bedroom apartment, you have washer/dryer, built-in microwave, ice maker and valet garbage. What is valet garbage? Put your garbage outside your door and the wonderful garbage guys come take it away. I am a disabled Vet and I can't imagine living anywhere other than here! They make MY life better and easier.

I have lived here for the past year and a half and absolutely loved the peace and quiet. I love the layout of the apartment although I wish it had a space for a vacuum, broom and mop. Lately there have been more noiser residents moving in.
