Tenants are required to have their own Renters Insurance. This home is located at 4231 Walnut Street, Kansas City, MO 64111 with multiple similar units available on the same property. We have one and two bedroom layouts available. All units come with the same amenities and similar finishes. Lease term is 6 month to 1 year, no smoking, small pets only (Requires $300 pet deposit and $25 pet rent), parking space available for additional $50/month, tenant required to have renters insurance, tenant pays $60 rubs fee and $10 for each additional adult (water, sewage, trash and gas) and tenant pays electricity. One bedroom is $975 a month and two bedroom is $1100 a month, security deposit will be half month's rent.
