HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT AND PRICE GOUGING!!

I have been here for three years, the management has gone downhill, they increase your rent every year. Garage checks are never done!!!! No parking!!! Highest vacancies I have seen since I've been here!!!

Stay away!

Terrible experience living here. The walls are so thin you can hear everything going on in adjacent apartments. If anyone in the apartments near you shower early or late it will be impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. I had to use every sick day I had in 2020 so they could access my apartment for various reasons. 5 days all wasted. Don't live here if you are serious about your career it certainly made mine more difficult. Some apartments are like flop houses with tons of people coming and going all the time. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Trabuco Highlands

The homes are very well layed out and have a decent amount of space, lots of privacy and a small complex so not very loud however because of the small space there is little to no assigned parking and certainly not enough parking for the number of occupants. Though the entire grounds are always kept very clean and they are very quick to respond to any issues in the apartment home.

Such a good choice for me and my 10 year old

I love my new community. Neighbors are friendly, my son has plenty of kids to play with, its fairly quiet. I so happy I chose Trabuco Highlands.

Simply great place to live

After having a horrible experience with an Irvine Company Apartment complex, this community is a breathe of fresh air! It's quiet, the neighbors are friendly - but not intrusive, the rent is extremely fair, the staff is wonderful, the grounds are well maintained, and they except all sized pets. The ONLY downside is parking, but they are currently working on that. Some residents have large commercial vans and trucks that they should NOT be taking up parking spaces with, but I think the staff is going to start cracking down on them more. They really should be more considerate and park those giant vehicles on the street parking. They make it difficult for the residents with average sized vehicles to park, as well as their XL cabs hanging over the grassy areas making it not able to be cut and maintained. This is just a small annoyance though. The maintenance staff is amazing. They're super friendly and are always willing to help you out with any small task or even suggestions on getting the most out of your apartment. If you're looking for something in this area, I would definitely check them out! They're just as clean and updated as an Irvine Company complex, but they're filled with great people willing to work with you and make you a happy resident and neighbor.
